"Hmmm," Book Keeper hummed thoughtfully. "Zappy, do you know how to read?"

((I don't know what happened with Maplewood and Electric Aura, so I'll just join up with you guys when you reach a different location, the library if Waaaaaah's idea flies))

"Hmmm," Book Keeper hummed thoughtfully. "Zappy, do you know how to read?"

No, I don't. One of the teachers I had back...home would read to me, but it was mostly the basics of being a changeling and what to do to live. They said they can't take the time to teach everyone how to read.

"Would you like me to teach you?" Book Keeper said with a small smile on her face.

Zappy stares at Book Keeper in silence for a moment.
um...it's not hard, is it?

*walks inside the tent*

"Hmmm....Hmmmmmm?" LuBu said while tilting and cocking his head to look around the inside in an exaggerating manner.

"It's not very hard, but it will take time," Book Keeper told Zapppy

I think...I think I'd like it. he smiles.

Book Keeper smiled back. "Let's go to the library now."

Zappy nods to Book Keeper and stands up, ready to follow her out of their secret training room.

Lubu turns his head to see the duo.

Match Stick lost Aura and Maple around a bend and made his way towards the library in hopes of catching up on some private research.

Book Keeper lead Zappy out of their training spot and towards the library. The sun shined brightly upon them as they walked, with nary a guard in sight.

Zappy was nervous stepping outside at first, but once he saw a lack of guards he calmed down and just curiously studied the surroundings. The whole idea that the ponies, one pony, could control the sun still frightens him but amazes him at the same time.

LuBu followed the duo taking care to not make noise to give him away.

Book Keeper continued moving forward, unaware of Lubu's presence. They were very close to the library now.

Zappy just then grows a curiosity about the library they're heading towards.
Hey, is this library for the army ponies? Zappy suddenly asks.

[waaaaaaah]

Book Keeper stopped short, and immediately face-hooved.

"Yeah," she answered, removing her hoof from her face. "There aren't any books for young foals there. If you're interested in history, we have somewhere to start."

I was just wondering, I didn't think any army bases had libraries on them. he says, feeling like he just annoyed her with his question.
