It was a typical night in Silverbark Forest, cold windy, and chilling. In the heart of this forest lied a fortified keep, Luna's Stand. It was an old keep built as Princess Luna's personal getaway, but now it provided shelter for the remaining Equestrian citizens, their lands lost to an unstoppable... Thing!

Nopony knew what it was, or where it came from. All that pony-kind knew was that it wasn't friendly. And now they stormed Luna's Stand!

Crimson Night stood behind the metal gates as a horde of these creatures - undead ponies, tried to break through. She was in the courtyard, her only defence stolen by them. The refugees in the keep were lucky these monsters were too stupid to open a door, the gatehouse door on the other side. Luckily, even if they managed to do so, the inside gatehouse door was locked.

Starlight stood petrified on the stone brick floor, her voice weak she said. "S-Somepony get over here, and b-bring something pointy with you!

Can i jump in ? I can be splashfire a baby blue pony with light orange highlights in her tail and mane. And has a cutie Mark that is a puddle of water in the shape of fire, has bright red eyes.

Grey was inside the fortress, she had found a old sword, as well as some spears and armor, quickly donning the armor she gathered the weapons and went to look for other ponies.

Starlight grabbed the sword and tried to use it to fend of the undead, but like her skinning knife, they stole it!

Suddenly the zombie that took the sword erupted into blue flames.

Are you alright? Misty Moon walks up next to Starlight.

Winter's Bliss levitates the other zombies and moves them away from the fortress.

Starlight nodded. "Thanks. Stupid undead won't leave us be! We're trapped in here."

My name is Misty Moon, I was told of a disturbance out here and came to check it out. Me and my twin sister are both royal guards. Princess Twilight sent us out to investigate the disturbance. She pulls out a scroll and writes a letter stating her findings and conjures a small blue flame sending the letter to Princess Twilight.

I never would have thought that zombies are real.

Me neither Sis. This creeps me out a little bit. Shudders from fear.

Starlight burst into laughter. "Wow, Equestrians, here? By the spirits..." Then she looked more serious. "Celestia and Luna don't care about us over here, we're stuck with this scourge, not them. I don't know why this 'Princess Twilight', whoever she is, cares for us."

Off in the distance a dragon roared. A voice called out. "Scourged Drake incoming!"

Princess Twilight cares for all Equestrians.

Winter go tend to the sick or injured. Draws her red crystal bladed katana.

Alright Sis, be careful. Runs to the large tent with a red cross on it.

Winter's Bliss has healing magic. Assumes her fighting stance waiting on the Scourged Drake to appear.

"Wha' does she mean? We're not Equestrians. We're not even in - Woah!" Startlight called in panic as the large skeletal drake flew over the keep.

Misty tries to hit the drake with fire magic but misses.

((Random explanation to fix a mistake time!))

"Besides, aren't the Equestian royalty all, y'know, dead? Your people ran here for shelter, we helped you, this is the last spot in OUR home that isn't run by you lot!" Starlight gave a annoyed huff. "Your princess even built this place without our consent! Honestly we shouldn't have let you lot in."

"It's coming back!" another voice called.

"Uh oh." Starlight muttered as the skeletal drake landed in the courtyard. "I'll just rant later, kill it!"

[Dark Hooves]

Don't blame us for following orders. She enchants her katana and Starlight's sword with fire magic and swing her sword which emits a wave of blue flames towards the drake. Princess Twilight is very much alive and so are the rest of the royal family, they took shelter in an underground bunker protected by magic.

"Good for them!" Starlight yelled as she swung as the boney creature.

Misty charges at the drake swinging her katana.
