Sabrina enters the classroom and takes an empty bench next to another empty bench and carefully lays down all the pencils and books on the desk so so she can take notes and so, then she sees the teacher walk up to the black/white board.

((i haven't actually started class yet, but sure, it's good.))

Blue looked at the time and sighed. "Only a minute until the first bell, better hurry..." She said and with a quickened trot went to the 2-Fa classroom, followed by Dusk. Blue entered the classroom, took her seat and the bell rang as she was preparing her stuff. Dusk sat down too and prepared his stuff.

Aurora was right on time and in her seat getting her school supplies out, as the bell for class F-2b to start. she seams to also be in a better mood then when she first arrived at school.

Mage's time sense must be horrible. He ran to class and ran to his seat, hastily got out his supplies and placed them on his desk, and tried to use whatever little time he had left to prepare for class to start.

Checkmate sat at the very back of his class, laying his books and supplies out and emotionlessly looking around the room.

The bell stopped ringing and the classes were on their way.

2-Fa
Professor Spell Nexus walks in the classroom and stands before the chalkboard, looking into the faces of the standing up students. After a good minute passed he sat down and opened the students book. "You may sit down." He said loud enough to be heard and the students obliged. "So, class, today we will be discussing the magics and wonders of ancient runes..." He began his lecture long, boring lecture. You feel sleepy, will you listen to the lecture, or doze off for a little bit?

About five minutes after the bell princess Twilight enters the classroom. She faces the class, a tome levitated in her magical grip. "Alright class, settle down. Today, we will be looking at the origins of magic. A LONG time ago, there weren't any Unicorns. Just Pegasi and Earth Ponies. And as far as those ponies were concerned, magic was something that only a few gifted species could conjure. So, at this time, Ponies thought that they weren't capable of magic. However, contrary to popular belief then, and even now, you don't actually NEED a horn to perform magic. The last known recorded event of horn-less magic was the petrification of the King of Manehatten, several thousand years ago, before Discord's reign of Chaos. Can anypony tell me who cast the petrification spell?"

Checkmate, despite feeling sleepy, stayed up to listen to the lecture, taking studious notes.

Sabrina took notes and asked when she felt like it, she saw other ponies getting mad at her for doing so, but she didn't bother. Some of the most valurable information had actually been through runes from older generations, that was just one of the things that made her find this subject deeply fascinating.

He wasn't going to fall asleep in class and risk getting lectured for it. He stayed awake and took notes over the lecture the professor was giving.
