(( Since this will be the closing post o might need to power-play a bit, so sorry in advance I'm gonna keep the thread open for about 3 more days so everyone could put in their final posts ))

With the cure finished and ready there was only one final step to do, to apply it. Blue took the cure and walked the streets of Cloudsdale accompanied by the changelings, getting to the cloud making machine pretty much with no problem. Blue held the vial with the cure, prepared to merge with the cloud and rain on the infected world, with hesitation. Not that she didn't want this to be over but now that it actually was about to end she couldn't help but reminisce over the whole ordeal. She closed her eyes and, with every one that didn't make it on her mind, poured the cure into the machine, then she let the empty vile hit the ground as she whispered. "It's finally over..."

The machine constantly creating clouds carefully contracted, fusing the cure with the cloud and releasing it to the world. The strangely colored cloud spread through out Equestria and beyond, raining the cure on the infected masses. Every creature hit by the cure rain was freed from their hugging curse, what's even better is that those cured could not become infected again. The ponies cured all over Equestria were very confused, looking around their damaged environments. After minutes of silence, trying to figure out what the hay is going on, the ponies started to help each other, cleaning the debris, caring for the wounded and starting to rebuild what was lost.

After sitting around the cloud machine for hours Blue finally stood up. "Could one of you please take me to the ground?" She turned to the changelings and smiled while asking with a friendly voice.

(( Well, with all said and done, Blue is a bit more cold and doesn't hate changelings anymore. All and all, pretty fun ))

The Changelings assisted Blue to the ground, and, without their Queen to object to them, began helping all the ponies with their reconstruction. The rest of Chrysalis's Elite were found and cured, and with the exeption of Freeze, Fissure, and Fear, all were generous to help in the efforts too. They were split in opinions about Azure, though; many actually respected him (only a little) now for surviving the ordeal, while others blamed him for the Queen's disappearance. The rest of the Hive also helped, and shared the opinions.

As for Azure, he was happy it was over, but completely lost now; he didn't HAVE to go back to the Hive without Chrysalis here now, but he also had nowhere else to go.
He tried talking to Fulmen about it, but he couldn't help him decide. He did, however, remind him that, at least, he got a hug from Princess Luna out of all this.
What Azure was reminded of, however, was that even across this living nightmare of a journey they'd had...he'd met some amazing friends.
And he wouldn't trade those memories for the world.

Then that was when Lunar was seen flying straight towards Azure. Something was a bit odd though, he seemed to be carrying a dark colored pony. It was the Queen!

Azure charged his magic, but soon stopped when he saw Chrysalis.
"WHAT?! Wh-How?! When?! Eh, WHY?!" He didn't know why Lunar would do this.

[Grizzly]

Blue stood next to Azure, with a smile on her face. "Looks like you get your queen back."

[waaaaaaah]

Book Keeper sighed in relief as the cure began to take effect; every infected pony seemed to be returning to normal. Her eyes widened as she saw Lunar Dusk flying towards them, but she also saw him dragging what seemed to be Chrysalis along with them. She glanced at Azure, who seemed to be surprised, but happy.

Lunar's speed started to decrease to avoid flying directly into Azure. Just as he was passing he gently sat Chrysalis beside him then turned around with a smirk.

The Queen was unconsious as Azure ran up and lifted her head, checking for any injuries.
Fulmen, on the other hoof, basically screamed all of Equestria down when he saw her, and soon there was a practical army of Changelings surrounding them, cheering.

[Grizzly]

Blue sighed and walked to Azure. "Is she alright? Want me to check her up?" she asked with a neutral expression.

[LunarDusk]

"She'll be fine, there didn't seem to be any injuries when I saw her." replied Lunar.

[Chromastone64]

Azure looked up at Lunar.
"...Thanks."
Out of nowhere, Fissure shoved him out of the way, and the rest of the Elite picked up the Queen.
"WE'LL be taking care of her." He rumbled.
With that, they all took off and began flying away, Fury waving goodbye. Flame, however, stayed behind.
"You've done well to survive this whole ordeal, Azure...but it's time to come back with us."
Azure's heart dropped at that.
He had to say goodbye.

[Grizzly]

Blue smiles at Azure. "Come and visit me when you can and want to."

[LunarDusk]

Lunar gave Azure and Blue a satisfied smile nodding before taking off into the horizon.

[Chromastone64]

Azure eyes began to well up.
"I-It...depends if Chr...Her Highness...will let me..."
Flame stepped in front of him. "We'll see if we can do anything to let him out once in a while."
Azure looked from her to Blue, and any other ponies that were also there, tears going down his face as Flame began hovering.
"Azure, it's time to go."
After a pause, he nodded slowly. "O-Okay."
He looked back at everypony.
"B-Bye, everypony."
Flame picked up Azure with magic, and began flying off the same direction as the other Changelings.
As they began to fade from sight, Azure gave one final wave with a smile, before disappearing over the trees.
"I'll never forget all of you."

Blue stood and waved at the changeling until they were out of sight. She couldn't help but smile. Her distinctive dislike for changeling totally gone with no traces left behind. She was really glad she got to meet Zappy and the other changeling. When they were out of sight she sighed and returned to Ponyville, to help with repairs and to return to her old life.
