Personality:
Usually very cocky when first meeting somepony although she can be quite nice once you get to know her. Cautious and very clever she knows the sewer systems of Manehattan rather well as she has had to use them often as an escape rout. Cares quite a lot about her father but will often get angry at him for using his paycheck to feed his gambling addiction. Despite all her cockiness she is also some what aware of her limitations and will observe others before making her move in a combat scenario.

Flaws:
she has a combination of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) which does little to help her kleptomania.

Unlocking things.

Bio:
Born into a lower class family in Manehatten her parents broke up over a gambling dept. For awhile she and her father moved around constantly in order to escape her fathers dept. During this time Cleo discovered her love of stealing things. This coupled with her proficiency at lock picking resulted in her arrest. Ever since her first arrest at age 18 she has been in and out of prison several times. A kleptomaniac at heart, she will do what ever it takes to get what she wants.
