Personality: Ounce an Angel and now he has fallen into the world of Equestria, he is trying hard to get back into the place that he truly wants to be in... so he is kind, generous, and all that other good traits

Strengths: Cunning, and can just about get himself out of any situation

Weaknesses: has a habit to go into Fallen Stasis (a part that all Fallen Pony Angel's have; it makes them freak out and can hurt friends and other ponies near them) 

Fav. Things:
doesn't have much other then his obsession over trying to get back into heaven

For one, you misspelled "Pegasus" Again...

Also, I can't allow powers for pegasi... You're allowed the limitations of what the Pegasus Knight in Fire Emblem had. So no powers. Even if they are labled talents... You cannot summon any kind of godly light, you cannot make your wings metallic... Please try to stick to more realistic behaviors for a pegasus...

Also, that technically counts as magic, so again, unacceptable...

The personality's more like a backstory. Two problems; Backstory must remain a backstory, and that kind of history, I can't accept... This takes place in Equestria... There are no "Fallen angels" or gods in Fire Emblem.

That's all I can point out at the present time, I'll help you work with it as we go along. I'm not gonna just deny a character. If they're serious about joining, they'll stick around and keep editing until their character's perfect. Hopefully you're like that.

Okay, some problems with your app...

If you can use medicinal magic, then you're a healer... You cannot be both... I can only allow basic classes to start.

Second, You will automatically start off with an E in everything. You cannot start off with an A rank in anything.

You can be a cleric, the base class can only heal, but the prestige is bishop which can use ONLY light magic to attack.

You also have the ridding clerics (which I dont remember right now) who had good movement, light magic and I THINK they could also use staffs.

Okay, I had that confused with the second seal. I remember making my Lord Character's sister a troubadour, but I used the second seal... My bad! XD

Yeah.  In Awakening, Lissa is a Cleric, and Maribelle is a Troubadour.  So they are different classes, even though they accomplish the major thing.  I think the way they're balanced is, with exceptions (L'Arachel...*cough*)  Troubadours have a lower Mag stat but a higher luck and movement normally.

Dusty grew up in the suburbs of Las Pegasus. She was the only daughter in a family of 5. Her parents were artificers and craftsponies of small renown. While her twin brothers spent their time among the neighborhood foals, making trouble and picking fights, Dusty kept herself busy with the fascinating creations of her parents, tinkering away under their loving guidance and while she never did inherit their skill, her passion led her to a deep seated love of Spyglasses in both collecting and creating them.
However, Dusty's time spent alone with her crafts led her to become a more reserved pony, only speaking when spoken to first and taking little initiative in asking friends out or creating events for fear of rejection. She feels immense joy when her friends understand this quirk and take the lead in showing concern for her. As time grew on she began to feel a growing fondness for one of the few friends she had, and him for her. A relationship was developed in her post-teen years with her coltfriend looking to join a mercenary outfit and Dusty joining the clergy to support him, ensuring that they'd always be there for each other. (failing that she'd always have her special-stalking-Spyglass )
On a fateful morning, her coltfriend was drafted for a confidential contract where she could not follow, leading him to the Far East. Though she pleaded with him not to go, he attempted to reassure her that he'd be back soon enough.
That was the last time Dusty Iris saw him.
Now Dusty wanders from town to town as she has done for the past year, fulfilling her own mercenary contracts while gathering information and looking for her mate, somehow believing that he still lives.
Dusty has no major quarrel with Discord's forces; even though they are Chaotic Evil she has been jaded into indifference of their greater misdeeds as they have not yet hampered her from pursuing her faith or mission although she will still readily assist a pony in need when the opportunity presents itself.
She can be usually be found at the local temple or tavern depending on the time of day, drowning her sorrows in prayer or drink, respectively.

Just cooked it up off the top of my head, hope it isn't completely horrible  (apart from the cliche  )

        This is by far, one of the best and most detailed application I've ever seen! I just have one question...

        What faction would her boyfriend, Dusty be? I never wrote anything about that, so this makes me awfully curious to see how creative you got with this.

        Also, the alignment thing isn't necessary.

Scruffy then realized that he wasn't wearing his fake beard and sage robes that he had to wear for the roleplay. In fact, he was apparently four days late since the first post.

Lol okay, that was funny! XD Anyway, we're currently in chapter 1. We're attempting to stage a rescue to save ChibiGrrl's character. Afterward, I'm gonna ask the others if they wanna chase after the rest of the bandits or continue through the story. Either way, you'll still be able to join after the chapter. We're about halfway through the battle now.
