Gravity Falls RP, Jump in for OCs, Sign Up for Show Characters

Same rules as Life in Ponyville, except set in Gravity Falls, Oregon. This is a rare instance where ponies are not allowed! OCs are allowed for Jump In, but to be a character from the show, you'll need to sign up, with a scenario proving you can be in character with that character. A shortish teenager walked into the Shack, wearing a red t-shirt with the single word, "Ham" written across it. He was sort of chubby, and had auburn hair. "Hey! Anyone know where..." Here he looked at a newspaper, where an advert was circled in red. "...Mr. Pines is?"

A tall teenager walked out of the mystery shack, wearing a red T-shirt and blue jeans. She had glasses and had her hair tied. okay Mr. Pines im on it! She yelled while carrying a box out of the shack, her friendly goat companion by her side.

The chubby guy with the ham shirt stepped around the goat, and walked up to the girl. "Hey, uh, do you know where Mr. Pines is? I'm here to apply." He waved the newspaper around, for emphasis.

oh! He's in the mystery shack! i work for him and I know he's looking for new faces to work for him! She said warmly oh and I'm Summer by the way! she said before walking off to the hole to nothingness.

"Hey, wait!" The guy ran after Summer, panting. "I kind of... gathered... that he was in the Shack. I was wondering where in the Shack." He stopped to catch his breath. "I'm Larry, by the way."

oh! He's normally at the counter hugging money or something. she shrugs but who knows what he does?

"Alright, thanks, Summer!" Larry turned and jogged, out of breath, back to the Shack.

((I'm gonna be Stan for a bit, just out of necessity.))

"Ugh, my everything. Hey, who are you?" Stan walked up to Larry, looking him over, his eyes narrowing. "Uh... hey. I'm here for the job interview?" "Oh. Alright. You take showers?" Larry started at the question. "Yes?" "You gonna steal from me?" "No...?" "You know how to use a hammer?" "Yeah, why?" "Yer hired. Go help Summer with whatever she's doin'." Larry grinned. "Yes, sir! You won't regret it!" He turned and ran back to Summer. "Hey! Mr. Pines said to help you out. Whatcha doin'?"

Summer was looking at Mr. Pines baby photos that were in the box then heard Larry. Hi! I'm just throwing away some of Mr. Pines baby photos! Then she gave her goat one of the pictures for him to eat.

"Haha! Woah. He looks weird as a kid. So, anything I need to do? He said you needed help with something." Larry sat down on the edge of the bottomless pit, looking into it. "Neat. Is this thing really bottomless?"

((Sorry, no. I meant Gravity Falls OCs, a halo OC makes no sense in the context. You're free to change it to something else, but that isn't something you can do. Not to mention, let's try and keep grimdark, mary sues, and anti-mary sues out of here. Thanks!))

Yeah it is bottomless, Mr. Pines said he fell in their one time. She said while throwing the box into the pit. hmmm.... You can help me clean up the shack! The shack is weird a bunch of crazy stuff there. I bet you can keep one of the things you find, but only one because i dont want Mr. Pines finding out.

"Alright, I'm up for that. Looks like there's a lull in business right now. Where should we start?"

we should maybe start inside the shack. There is always weird secrets around here said Summer while her goat chewed on Larrys shirt.

"Hey, step off the shirt, goat." Larry pushed the goat away gently, as he got up to go back to the shack. "Dang it, this is my favorite shirt. Alright, let's go and get that place cleaned up."

kay Summer walks over to a couple of brooms and gave Larry one. have fun cleaning! she said as she started sweeping.

"Man, this is actually pretty great. I mean, this is my first job, and I didn't even have to try! I guess Mr. Pines is hurting for work." He took the broom, and began sweeping the gift shop. "So, what's your story, Summer? Got anything interesting to tell me?"

well.. I do have an unusual life story....She said as she was about to hit a wall. all i know is that i was raised by bears.... And soon i wanted to be a normal person She shrugged i soon found the mystery shack. It took me a while to become normal but it was worth it! Then i got a job here

"You... yer kidding, right?" Larry stopped sweeping and looked at the girl, one eyebrow raised and a smile on his face. "Raised by bears? What kind of gullible dork do you take me for?"

Summer laughed i know! i know! I tell that story to everyone that comes here! The people here are not that smart so they fall for it. She said in between giggles

Larry laughed with her. "Maybe I'll come up with one. Maybe, I don't know, I've got panther blood, or am secretly a zombie or something." He picked up the broom, and kept sweeping. Then, Stan walked in, holding a hat that said, in big block letters, "MYSTERY" across it. He walked up to Larry, and stuck it on his head. "There's your uniform. Make sure you wear it outside, get us some free publicity." Then he walked back into the living room, scratching his back. "So... what's his story? I've heard some pretty big horror stories about 'im. Any of them true?"
