    A strange phenomenon has been appearing all across Equestria and is rapidly spreading across the land. It began with the disappearance of small magical creatures such as Cockatrices and Timber Wolves. Within the next few months, larger creatures from Hydras to Dragons have begun to disappear from the planet without leaving a trace as to where they had gone. Assaulted with questions and theories, every available personnel ranging from philosophers, professors, and scientists thrived to search for an answer to this strange occurrence. Despite their efforts, they could not come to any form of conclusion. When the unknown phenomenon first began, Celestia, Luna, and even Princess    Cadence fell horribly ill and were bedridden ever since; unable to lead and aid their subjects.
     About half a year has passed since the vanishing of the creatures and now it has appeared that unicorns have begun to disappear. Now that the citizens of Equestria are being swept away, the land fell under strict watch. Friends and families of possible victims stayed by their side and refused to let them out of their sight. At first, their close watch plan was succeeding, but after a full year since the disappearances began, regardless of whether the unicorns were under watch or not, they also began to vanish. But it wasn't their entire body and presence that disappeared, just their horn and every magical energy they had with them. Their body structure became that of an ordinary Earth pony's. Although most citizens were relieved that they would only lose their magic, the land could breathe for a moment. Now that their loved ones were confirmed to be safe, everypony thought that the worse was over. They were right, but they were wrong. True, all magic users are now safe, but strangely, any magic related items began to disappear as well such as spell books and potions. Eventually, it continued to escalate to the point where even memories were being wiped from citizens. Whatever took away the mystical creatures is now taking away any trace of magic from Equestria; creatures, citizens, items, even memories. Will Equestria just forget it all and continue on with their lives or will they fight to retain a large fragment of their history?
