To avoid confusion: the second last bar is asking if your pony does what they are good at, but hasn't realized it's their talent yet. For example, in the show Sweetie Belle's talent seems to be singing. She already sings, but doesn't realize that it's her talent. If this is the case for your OC, say "yes". If your pony has a talent that they haven't tried yet, say "no".

I think I touched all that needs to be in there. If you want you can add a personality or say what their talent will end up being, or whatever else you feel should be on there

Does your pony already do their special talent?: Yes. Zakona knows what her talent is before she gets her cutiemark.

Personality: As talented as she is quiet, Zakona is a kind, albeit introverted pony. She is thoughtful, but fairly absentminded and often daydreams. Above all, she keeps to herself, wishing to curl up with a good book or work instead of having to be social all the time.

Zakona has various social anxieties and fears going out in the mindset that she will be stared at. She doesn't take well to being judged or made fun of, but tries her best to deal with it. However, that doesn't stop her from letting life get her down. She has a negative outlook on it and is overly sensitive.

Zakona is a workaholic, but secretly despises her lifestyle despite loathing negative attention. Again, she doesn't want to be social all the time, but she draws to make a living, and that living proves to be stressful and not allow for many breaks, despite the fact that her art isn't very popular. She wants to be cool and popular herself and, most of the time, is dissatisfied that she loves drawing, yet she wants to get out more.

Zakona's special talent is drawing and painting, though she is better at drawing.

Since she is part cat, Zakona has a heightened sense of balance and can jump unusually high. Her tail has vertebrae in it so she can move it like a cat.

Twilight Sparkle is Zakona's idol.

Zakona is swedish and has an accent.

Zakona's accessory is sunglasses, though she doesn't wear them very often.

She is fascinated with minerals. They are her favorite things on earth.

Note: When I first made her, Zakona was a earth capony with no cutiemark. She knew what her talent was, but for whatever reason, she hadn't gotten it. Later on, I decided to make her a unicorn. I also decided to give her a cutiemark, and make it so that it just needed a magical boost to appear.

I know it doesn't work that way in the show, but given that Zakona's case is an anomaly... yeah. 

In this RP I'll be able to tell the story of how she changed her species as well as got her cutiemark.)

A smooth coat like that of warm milk cream, and of similar hue. Her mane is almost always held back in a ponytail falling lightly on her shoulder and above her brow, colored that of sea foam lit by the morning rays of sun. Whenever it was unbound though, it still lightly graced her shoulder, but reached forward and to her sides in soft waves. Her tail suffered no better in its ripples, but it fared far better, as it fell about her slightly above her pastern. Her eyes seemed to radiate patient energy within their amber orbs

She is an eternal hopeful with enduring promise. She strives to be courteous to all, and only rude when absolutely necessary . She enjoys the simple things in life, and goes about with a lilting grin. In short: a mild and civil mare. She acts with order and function, but loves to try new things.

So, i've been reading trough the RP board and this caught my eye. My main OC's CM is rather broad, been wanting to re-design it and this is a great opportunity.

Name: Blue Star.
Gender: Female.
Age: 17.
Race: Unicorn.
Appearance:

Does your pony already do their special talent?: Yes and no (more lower), her special talent is healing and caring for the sick and injured. She is studying medicine and works as a part-time nurse in Canterlots hospital.
Other: Knows the spell Levitation (Up to twice her weight, more objects decrease her max load), Healing (light to moderate injuries, light bacterial infections), Magic shield and Teleport (up to 18 meters for self). Carries around an old worn out saddlebag and a dagger as a lucky charm. Smaller and lighter than usual for her age, one could mistake her for a filly even. Has an athletic build but doesn't really train or anything (she has a fast metabolism).


I've been wondering and got an idea, and want to know your opinion about it. What if her cutie mark would disappear as part of the story. She would still remember that she did have one, how she got it and even the field for which it applies, but just cant make it reappear.

Summary of what's going on in the RP (for your reference):

Zakona (my character) found a book on different ponies and reading it cheered her up, so she went to Golden Oaks Library to get more (That's the library Twilight Sparkle runs). Some of the other RPers had their characters go to the library too. Spike and Twilight helped them check out books, and gave them some info on late cutiemarks. Zakona found a book called Treasure Trove and Twilight said that one of the stories could help them get their cutiemarks.

Does your pony already do their special talent?: Eh, no. She did a lot of stuff but none of them are what her cutie mark could be.
Other: Her two best friends are Snowblue Blitz and Ace Charming. Snowblue is a unicorn with a lightbulb for a cutie mark, but she has MPS, which means she transforms into Denblue Blunt. Ace Charming is a pegasus and has an Ace of Hearts for his cutie mark. River has known them since foalhood, but she sometimes gets jealous because they have their cutie marks. She likes to swim but it has nothing to do with her cutie mark. She wishes that she could just get her cutie mark already.

Oh, and my life is chaotic right now so I'm bound it dissapear for long lengths of time without warning. Most of the time you don't really need to be accepted by ME. If everyone is okay with your character it should be fine. Only once or twice have I ever rejected an OC. I always hate that guilty feeling of turning an OC down
