You can have Shadow tell Red that she just got word the two teams are going to work together now. Then we just continue with the first puzzle.

So since there are two parts to the temple, are we going to split up to search it faster, or form one big team?  I'm down either way, and Eclipse seems he'd rather be with the others, so we could form one big mega-team.
