Faultless Four Bug

Hi, I'm currently doing quests in the Crystal Kingdom, and I ran into a problem. I was delivering Gypsum's question to Silicon for "It Makes Sense to Me", but every time I chose that response, the dialogue box shut down. Eventually I tried different dialogue choices and got a new quest called "In My Own Little World", but when I tried to report the answers to Silicon, poof! the dialogue box shut down again. I can't move forward with either quest. Help?
