No. If they are actually going by EST, then it's currently 11:10pm EST. The servers would open in ~50 minutes.

That's really confusing! It's around 12:14 AM EST now.

Yeah, but they did this last time too. It's an hour off. They are actually following EST, as in no daylight time. Otherwise it'd be 12:01am EDT

It won't be available then until around 1 AM. I'm getting tired anyway. I'll download it tomorrow.
