The two dragons closed in on the honey-colored earth pony. She couldn't run, she couldn't hide. This was it. This was the end. She closed her eyes and waited.

Honey was a wide-eyed earth pony that lived in the rural parts of ponyville where she tended to her bees. She was at market every week to sell her honey, which ponies said was the best honey in equestria because Honey took such good care of her bees. Honey's coat was a warm gold and her mane fell in long ringlets down her back. Her tail was long and trailed after her like the train of a gown. Her hair was the color of the sun and her cutie mark was three white blossoms that represented the gentleness Honey showed when she cared for her bees and her purity. Honey was a pony that had pure and open heart and her honey was just as pure. Honey was a shy pony who didn't have any friends because whenever any pony approached her and try to get to know her she, would hide behind her long hair. Most ponies didn't have the patience to get to know Honey but that didn't keep them from coming back to buy her products.

Scribble and her brother wobbled, a little dazed from the teleportation.
4
"Oh, right. Teleport. That would be easier," said Scrabble.
5
Scribble started to shiver with worry. "But how are we going to get to the Crystal Empire? You're the only one with wings."

Scrabble smiled. "We could always take the train! Hang in there Lynx, I'll go get the tickets."
6
(Sorry Perry, I changed my post.)

Scribble was afraid to look into Lynx's eyes as he held her. What would she see if she did? Apathy? She wouldn't be able to bare it. But something in his voice made her look anyways and she saw genuine concern. He still loved her! She was so relieved she kissed Lynx. The world and its worries faded away. Everything was going to be okay. Scribble couldn't hold it back. She started to cry. All her pent up emotions and worries and fears came spilling out. "You're okay," said Scribble. "I was so worried that Chrysalis had drained you of love."

Scrabble was glad his sister was okay again. She was back to her old self. He looked at Book Keeper. He still needed to find out what was bothering her.

A new pony arrived on the scene. "Of course you can come with us!" said Scrabble. "The more the merrier! I'm Scrabble Books, that's Book Keeper and those two lovebirds are Scribble, my sister, and the alicorn is Lynx Talon. We're on a mission to look for a lost pony called Quick Start. Book Keeper knew him, but Quick disappeared and we're trying to find out how and why. What's your name?"

As Book Keeper stammered, Scrabble wasn't going to let his sister go without a hug. He knew that hugs were the best way his sister could be comforted - more than words of sympathy or encouragement. Scrabble used his strength and pulled Scribble to him and wouldn't let her get away. Eventually, Scribble let herself be hugged and breathed deeply. It seemed like Book Keeper was having a hard time too since she couldn't complete a sentence. But Scrabble didn't know how to help Book Keeper. He wanted to hug her, but didn't know how that would be received. So he trotted up to her and hoped his words would help. He also just kind of wanted to talk to the pretty mare.
"I've never been in love before," said Scrabble, "but for what it's worth, I think being in love is one of the most powerful things a pony can experience and it's nothing to be ashamed of. It's okay if you've been in love before. Tell us about the pony." Scrabble hoped he wasn't to blunt or too forward. He could be that way sometimes and it always came back to bite him when talking with mares. They were so sensitive about certain things! Growing up with his sister definitely softened him to the female sensibilities, but there were times when he just didn't understand them.
9
"Flying? Certainly. That would be in the sports section."
10
"Good! Well then I'll get back to the desk." Scribble walked out of the room and trotted to the front desk where she took the 'be right back' sign down.
11
"Good," said Scribble. She unlocked the door. They entered into the room, the magical field protecting it prickled her fur as it searched the two ponies to make sure they weren't going to use the knowledge of these books for evil intentions. The room was large but it felt small because there were so many books on shelves and in piles on the floor. They had to navigate around them to get to the scrolls on ancient civilizations.
"Here we are." The shelf was full of dusty scrolls, some written in ancient languages, others were so large, they would stretch across the library if unrolled all the way. Some were loose and others were tired or bound with seals.
"This room is kept locked because some of the material in here is magic. It's possible that some of the scrolls will be magic so be careful. I'm going to let you stay in here by yourself; I need to get back to the front desk. I'm going to lock the door, but it can still be opened from the inside so I'm not locking you in, you can come out when you're done. But all the materials in this room need to stay in this room. Do you have any questions or is there anything else you need?"

(Scribble's upset because Lynx won't care about her anymore - Chrysalis drained him of his love for her.)
13
"Nice going there, sis," said Scrabble, giving Scribble a playful nudge. "But how did you do that? I couldn't help but notice that Queen Chrysalis was draining Lynx of love ... and I'm worried. If Lynx doesn't love you anymore how did you dispel the changelings - doesn't it take two? And now Lynx won't be the same around you. I'm just worried he's going to break your heart."
"I have love enough for two," Scribble said simply.
Scrabble noticed that Scribble didn't address his other concern and he realized that he had touched on a tender topic. Scribble must have been thinking the same thing because he noticed the tear before his sister quickly wiped it away. She had changed. Normally Scribble would be crying openly, but now she was hiding it and trying to stay strong. She must really be torn up inside. Thought Scrabble. Scrabble kicked himself for bringing the topic up so bluntly. He trotted closer to his sister and tried to give her a hug, but Scribble stepped out of it and walked up next to Book Keeper.
Scribble cleared her throat and asked Book Keeper, "Have you ever been in love?" Scribble tried to make it sound like a casual question but her voice cracked at the end and she couldn't hold back another tear from leaking out of the corner of her eye. Scribble wiped it away again, trying to pretend that she was perfectly fine.

"Sorry you didn't find what you were looking for. I do have something older, but you'll have to follow me. That section of the library requires a key." Scribble left a little sign on the front desk so ponies would know that she would be right back. In the back of the library, there was a large iron door with magic runes around the frame. Scribble levitated a key and was about to unlock it but something made her stop. "No pony can enter this room unless he or she is pure of heart. That is to say they don't have any evil intentions. You seem like a nice pony, but I need to know. What are your intentions? Books grant knowledge after all, and with knowledge gives you power. I need to know that you can be trusted with the power of knowledge."
15
Scribble and Lynx descended gently until their hooves touched the ground. Scribble gave Lynx a little kiss before turning to Book Keeper. "Yes, we need to get back to finding Quick Start. Lead the way!"
16
"There is indeed a section on astronomy. And don't be nervous. The library is a safe place where ponies can experience the joy of learning," said Scribble encouragingly. "Here's a map of the astronomy section." Scribble magicked a scroll out of thin air. "This should help you find exactly what you're looking for." Scribble smiled as she gave the scroll to the teal unicorn.
17
"Ancient Civilizations? You'll find that in the historical section," said Scribble.
Scribble beamed. Ponies were here in the library, exploring and seeking knowledge.

Most of the books were ordinary, but there were a few magical books that had various powers. Some books sucked you in to experience the events of the stories first hand, others, the characters came out and and spoke to you. Other books were blank and replied to you when you spoke to them. There were a few books that Scribble didn't know what they did but Scribble was sure that it was tame.

Scribble Books had been training in the canterlot library for sometime under an older pony named Cover to Cover, but everypony just called her CC for short. Scribble was excited when she received the letter that a little town called Ponyville needed a librarian now that their previous librarian, Twilight Sparkle, was a princess. Scribble was excited and a little nervous at the same time. She was a little nervous that she would no longer have the guidance of CC to help her; but at the same time she was proud that CC trusted that she was ready to go out on her own.
Scribble unlocked the doors of the new library, the smell of paint and new carpet still in the air. She wondered what she should have ponies call her. Ms. Books? That sounded too formal. She decided that just 'Scribble' would best. She magically made a lanyard that had 'Scribble' on it so ponies would know what to call her. The community board was empty, but she was excited for the day when it would be filled with fliers, business cards, and posters. She could imagine it. 'Music in the park! 5-7' 'Please contact So-and-So for tutoring.' 'Lost cat!'
Ponyville spared no expense making this nice new library. There was a stand where ponies could get the newspaper while they sipped tea or coffee in the cafe. There was a filly's and colt's section, colorfully painted with interactive learning games and plenty of exciting books for those ponies still learning to read. "A great family place." thought Scribble.
There were shelves and shelves of books on every subject arranged by genre - thriller, fantasy, action and adventure, astronomy, biographies, philosophy ... there was something for every pony and Scribble was excited for the minds that would be touched by the contents of all these books.
There were quiet areas for ponies to study with great windows to let in lots of natural light and with a great view of the trees that were aesthetically planted. There were group rooms where clubs could meet and play card games or talk about whatever they wanted to or have study sessions.
There was a map of the library near the entrance so ponies could easily locate whatever it was they needed.
Scribble was confident that this library would be a great success, although she knew not every pony got excited about books as she was and some ponies would come in confused. That's why at the bottom of the map it directed ponies with questions to the front desk where Scribble would be waiting. Scribble couldn't help smiling to herself. This was a new start for her and she was excited to see what the day would bring when the door opened.

Twilight's library was destroyed by Tirek so a new library was built in Ponyville. The librarian is a unicorn mare named Scribble Books from Canterlot. This is a place to post community events and meet up with other ponies. Have fun!

OCs: Scribble Books and her brother Scrabble
I want to join because I love RPing! I also really like the idea of having an RP guild. I think it's a great idea. It's something I'd love to be apart of it.
