Well since I'm already max level in both fields, I think I over-qualified to meet any minimum requirements you may have But if you want a real reason.....uh.....since I do play daily, I would be able to help my team with anything they might need help with.

You should probably report it properly here.
Also looking at your screenshots, you seem to have that odd syndrome of not paying (close) attention to the dialogue of NPC quest givers.
In "Picking up the pieces", Thyme explicitly told you to buy an apple from the pony in front of the school. The other stuff, like I said, should probably be reported the correct way.

It's kind of a bug, kind of not. XP is calculated more by the skills you use than the enemy itself, which is why killing 5 things at the (exact) same time would only give you XP for one monster, since you only used a single move to kill all of them.

Been reported multiple times, every time you enter an area with water, you'll hear all the water effects at once which causes that loud sound. And reinstalling LoE doesn't help because all of it is server-side, not client-side

Try doing /stuck to fix yourself from falling out of the map.
As for the other issue, idk how you managed to lose both of them, and I can't really help you there if they didn't show up on the other hotbars.
