Welcome to the forums, Soaring Thunderstrike! Personally, I haven't watched past the point when Twilight became princess, not because I hated the whole idea, just real life stuff kept getting in the way. Anyways, I hope you have as much fun as I do playing LoE, and I hope to see you in-game later!

You have to find Ensemble in the Crystal Kingdom and do his quest to get the bat pony costume. You will need 1000 bits to buy the costume off him after you do his quest, and another 50 bits to buy a quest item off one of the NPCs that you will need to finish his quest. You can also buy other costumes from him too.

Hey Spilled Ink, welcome to the forums! Did you make sure that you typed in your username and password correctly? And if so, the only thing that comes to mind as to why you are getting that error is the hyphen in your name, so maybe try changing your username or making another account without using any special characters, and see if it works then. Hopefully that helps
