how in pokemon myster dungeon explorers of sky (or any explorers of) darkrai simply hits you in a time hole and you lose memory and turn into a pokemon.  That makes no sense at all to me.

It is weird how that happens in the game. Unless arceus or some power which can turn you into a pokemon is doing something to you while you're unconscious through time.

I thought day and night, actually. Like MLP, with Celestia and Luna. Or some other combination.

Team Rocket probably has to pawn all of their old scraps and stuff in order to have the money, or they have it wired from HQ.

how you can catch pikachu in every game (even black and white from dream world and even heart gold and soul silver from pokewalker and probably somewhere in kanto which i don't remember) and it's a specifically kanto pokemon in the anime

Well, people are able to release as many pokemon as they want... in the anime, they don't hoard pokemon so much.

So, in game, somebody caught a hoard of pikachus and released them. Then they populate the region.

Newest mystery: ...how do Pokémon gain EXP in the Day Care? I know they get 1 EXP per step you take, but how do they know how many steps you took, especially if you're cities/towns/routes away from it?

They're supposed to be. And I find it very annoying to have it on just one side. When I make MLP stuffed animals, I put it on both sides!

I've seen a pic showing that. They throw your pokeballs in an incinerator though. 

The moves which are TMs are all confusing though.... how exactly do some of them work with some pokemon? Humans can't ride half the pokemon they use to fly on...
