My rhymes good are not,
My words may not flow,
But I want to know...
Is the answer fire?
Or is it something more... Dire?
(Hey, not too bad for a first time, right?)

On topic: CoD players who compare CoD to any other game and say it's better, especially if it's not a shooter.
Just to clarify, I like CoD, I just hate the fans of CoD.

I live in Florida, it never snows. We have inclosed ice skating rinks. One time, I slipped on my skiis and was COMPLETELY horizontal in the air and landed on my hip. It hurt so bad for weeks.
Also when I fell, I curled up on the ice so my legs and arms weren't out to get sliced or tripped over.

We try to love and tolerate,
And not give in to fear and hate,
But even bronies can at times
Be mean both in and out of rhymes.
But we will try to do our best
To never raise above the rest
One or another, for we all
Are ponies who can also fall.
None of us are perfect, no.
Wherever each of us might go,
There will be times when we will fail,
So let us not at others wail!

The World War Z movie is going to be nothing like the book, the producer turned it into a common zombie apocalypse movie

There was a person at my workplace that was fired the day he was hired. How...
There was also this one time in my geography class we were watching "The Day After Tomorrow". (If you don't know, it's kind of an apocalyptic movie) Somebody asked if it was a true story. I nearly dented my desk with my head.
Someone who saw the trailer for World War Z asked if it was a true story. *Facehoof*
If you don't know what World War Z is, it's the movie version of the book World War Z, which takes place after a zombie pandemic. The United Nations wants to cover it up and pretend it never happened, but one guy says they need to remember that it happened, so he's going around the world, interviewing people about their experiences with it and collecting their stories into a book.
With each story, you're able to put the pieces together as to how it started and how it spread. I think the first story you read is a doctor's contact with victims 1 through 5, then his contact with victim 0.
I really need to finish that book.I knew they were making a movie of it, but I forgot.

^ I'd file those two "is this a true story?" questions under Today's Smile, not this topic.
But I got a headache when it happened to me.

I'm quite glad too that this topic's alive
I thought it was dead, but now new rhymes can thrive.
Now anyway, I have to come clean:
there's something that irks me about this scene
This thread tends to be all poetic and elegant
Making mere prose seem dull and irrelevant
Yet always I struggle to keep in mind
That it's for poem-type rhymes, not the rappin' kind.
I stick to good form, but all the while
I'm thinking "man, this is cramping my style."

I'm glad indeed, to see that there
Are ponies new who rhyme so fair!
An honor 'tis to have you write
Your verses here with words so bright!
