First off, the rise pony's name is Roseluck if I'm not wrong.

Second, those two have already been background characters since Season 1. I don't think it's very surprising for them to be the ponies Seabreeze nearly bumps into in this particular scene.

Cadance was a pegasus who became an alicorn, so it implies that it's not just advanced magic that lets ponies be an alicorn.

I honestly wish I would ever be able to get this game. Too bad consples are expensive.

I'm actually kinda disappointed that it doesn't have a unique name apart from "SSB 4"

I must say that Rosalina and Luma look like a really cool character to play as though, tag teaming and all. I hope they can pick up different items at the same time in the same way as the ice climbers

This one probably isn't vey Pinkie because Shannon Chan Kent was only doing a rough draft of the song and not a final version, so I guess she didn't go all out.

Well, this is a good base to start with I guess 

Though I find it surprising that he's a male, but you gave him butterfly wings. (unless you wanted normal wings but there weren't any or something)

Anyway, I typed down some stuff in the spoiler below on what your OC could improve on, but it's really just my personal opinion. You don't have to follow anything there if you don't want to

I like how his cutie mark is gardening-related even though earth ponies are usually the ones more inclined to earth and plants and stuff. Though, it does require a bit of explanation, since most pegasi don't seem very inclined to staying on the ground and doing stuff there. They'd rather be flying all over the place, with the exception of Fluttershy. So, maybe his backstory could explain why he started gardening? 

I think her his appearance is good. I mean, you don't see many blue ponies with pink manes around, so that's a real good thing 

Anyway, on to his personality. I think you might need a little more elaborating in that aspect. I assume you're saying he's protective towards the ponies close to him (+ shy around strangers)? So what else is there? What kind of personality does he have if it's a friend talking to him?

I mean, some people go reaaaalllyyy elaborate with the personality of their character, but that's not entirely necessary. Though I think it would be better if he had more into his personality than just one or two traits

Second, the people playing LoE on youtube were probably playing it during one of the Open Server Weekends, where the game is opened to the public for a weekend and everybody gets to have fun in it

Incidentally, there will be another Open Server Weekend soon, from 8th to 10th August. You'll be able to play it then

I'm gonna say Treecko (and it's evolutions) and Azumarill.

Treecko and it's family tree because they're the first grass type pokemon that are actually speedy, instead of being slow like every other grass pokemon :U

Azumarill because of how awesome a defense wall it is \(^o^)/

If I could choose a third pokemon I would say Poliwag/Poliwhirl because of its awesome hypnosis ability :U

Honestly, everyone just seems to be sugarcoating your OCs, and I won't question it, but let's not forget the issue about alicorns.

You don't have to follow anything I post below, just know that it's my personal opinion.

Now, alicorns aren't very common in Equestria - we've only seen four so far, and Tirek thought there were only three. This already proves that alicorns are a rare occurance in the world of Equestria. OCs are more liked by the community if it's possible for them to exist in the canon world without contradictions or anything. Hence, when an OC is an alicorn, they can't really fit into the show context because alicorns, with their powerful alicorn magic and all, would have been known to the entirety of Equestria. Of course, it isn't that much of a problem whether they can fit into the show or not, but it does make it a little harder to believe that OC.

And, as I said, you don't need to change any of your OCs based off this, just wanted to give my personal opinion.

And, of course, sorry if I offended you anywhere in this post

how were you able to post your animations here? (other than gifs) somehow it won't let me copy my animationfrom deviantart to here (I don't have Flash, I have Anime Studio)

I'm not sure if you can post animations here if they're not in GIF form put in between img tags. Does Anime studio allow you to export animations into GIFs like Flash?
