Alkaid, who had watched the entire scene from above, notice about Gathering's doubts about the mortal's words. Speaking in his mind, he told him: Hello, Gathering; Alkaid here. Since you seem to be the only one here who's behaving in a somehow reasonable way, let me lend you a hoof. I couldn't but hear you questioning that mortal, but I think you agree he didn't tell all the truth. Maybe I could be of help by reading straight into his mind; what do you think about it?

Meanwhile, he thought: I hope he doesn't get mad for mind-speaking as Night Shine did...but I think there's already enough Gods around that strange mortal for directly joining them...by the way, who's that? - he had noticed the Law Elemental.

Alkaid had just started walking towards Gathering, while a very hurried Blue Blur appeared in front of him (Gathering) and started shouting.
What the hay is happening here? he thought, and got near the two Gods; the situation seemed quite strange so, before speaking a word, he decided to keep quiet and listen to what they were saying.

Alkaid hurried to leave the Void Planet. Somehow, its perfect-looking appearance had awoken unwanted memories in the pony's mind, and it also made him feel useless. It was like there was no way he could make that place better than it already was, though the planet totally lacked of intelligent, or at least sentient, creatures. I cannot create new creature able to carry knowledge in such a place. I need a life-free planet for this. he thought.

Then, once he'd left the dark atmosphere of the Void Planet, he remembered why he'd gone there. Cartography. Seemed like a dull activity, compared to the creation of a new civilization...I must not rush. First of all, I'll continue exploring planets until I find one which seems OK. then an idea blinked in his mind. Or, I can ask the God of Gravity to create a new one at the scope. This way I'll be sure not to compromise any other already existing planet, which maybe some other God created for other purposes.

Excited from such idea, the God of Knowledge teleported back to Zeth, near the place where Gathering and Night were talking.

Well, these things are interesting! They seem to live a happy life though totally unaware of anything but their spoil planet. I guess there's not much work here for a God of Knowledge...trying to make them more intelligent would probably cause them to be also more sad... and, while thinking of this, he tried not to refer that sentence to himself. No, knowledge isn't equal to sadness. Just lesser creatures may think so. Knowing more things doesn't make you more unhappy! he thought, trying to repress old memories of his mortal life which tried to emerge in his mind.

It didn't take long for Alkaid to find what he was looking for: a (sort of) sentient being. The pony turned invisible and approached the little void sprites floating in front of him. Everything here is quite odd; he thought. the trees and the grass contain very little information, as I can feel, but maybe these beings are intelligent enough to carry more of it. I'll try extrapolating all the details I can from their mind, if they have one. This way I'll register every intel about this planet and my map will be more complete.

((By the way, is there anypony who 'controls' these things? How should I behave with them?  o.O))

Alkaid landed on the strange ground of the Void Planet. It was quite an exotic panorama: blue grass and pink-leaved trees aside, the whole planet seemed to be constantly experiencing a strong gravitational influence that kept the planet intact. Obviously the very same effect caused every planet to be kept intact, but on that particular planet the effect was more clear.

I'll start looking for living beings or something like that...
87
((That's brilliant!  :o))
Well, since the surface is so poor of details, I'll have a nearer look... thought Alkaid, and approached the Void Planet.
88
((Thank you, Night; so I guess it's not wise to try landing on it, is it?  X3 But how can the void sprites/trees/grass exist on it?  o.O))
The god of Knowledge started scanning the surface of the Void Planet and soon realized there wasn't much to scan, after all. It seemed to be a sort of dark and smooth event horizon of a black hole, though it wasn't totally empty...some sources of intelligence could be perceived from the inside.
89
Alkaid reached the proximity of the Void Planet in a few minutes. Since it was in the same system as Zeth it was a relatively brief journey...just some hundred millions kilometers, indeed. This place seems quite different from Zeth...Better scan the surface before all; then I'll land on it and see what's there.

((I've searched info about the void planet, but as it appears from the Search, there's none...do anyone know anything about it? inb4: no, the Info thread contains no intel other than its existence  :c))
90
((lol, didn't mean to do strange puns ))
Thank you, this'll be fine. replied Alkaid after receiving Zeth's map. And, after a moment he thought: Dis he sound...embarassed?  o_O I have no idea how it feels to live as a planet, after all...

Then he moved towards the other planets nearby.
91
Surpassed the highest strata of Zeth's atmosphere, Alkaid stopped soaring and had a look on the planet. "Since this seems to be the most frequented spot of this Universe, I'll better start to map Zeth." Then he mentally spoke to the God of Earth: Hey, Zeth; Alkaid here. Do you mind if I scan your surface to create an accurate map or a planisphere? It won't be invasive: I just have to extract the data and memorize them. It should take just a couple of seconds, I think...
92
Alkaid frowned at the stone wall; Why am I even wasting time with her? he thought bitterly, but couldn't help being quite sad at the same time. Maybe I'll try again later on. Better not to upset her more than this he knew it was quite coward of him, but after all he wasn't even sure he owed her apologies; it would've been foolish to just surpass the wall and to carry on following Night.

Well, then; nothing to do for me again...maybe I should carry on that cartography project I had in mind... he thought, and took off from Zeth's surface heading towards the empty space.
93
Angry with me? What have I done to her? thought Alkaid. He'd never been good at understand other ponies' feeling; it was something he deemed trivial. Usually, when somepony annoyed him or showed anger he'd just ignore him and carried on his way; but he felt this wasn't possible any more now that he was a god. It was probably not wise to make enemies among gods.

It must be something regarding those wolves; I've not interacted with her other ways so far... Alkaid thought back to what he'd said to Night Shine and suddenly realized that maybe he'd been quite cheeky. After all, he had no prove she had deliberately sent those creatures to Creation; maybe they'd just got out of her control. Everypony can make mistakes, I guess. Even if they're gods...probably I should apologize - that's something I'm not good in.

Unwillingly, the grey pony followed the Goddess of Soul, thinking of what to say her. Maybe she doesn't want my apologies, anyway. But it's worth trying it...
94
"If you told me, maybe I could help you. You know, at the moment I've got nothing to do..."

((For a God of Knowledge, Alkaid can be pretty dull sometimes  lol Also, he's not very keen with diplomacy!))

95
Alkaid, unusually for his nature, noticed that something wasn't right with Night ((sorry for the unwanted pun)).
"Is there something wrong?" he asked , unaware to be himself her problem.
96
"Sorry, Night Shine; it was easier to send the message to everypony, you know..." replied Alkaid, turning to the Goddess of Soul.

((Quitting RP for today, sorry  >.<. See ya tomorrow!))

Better let the other Gods know about the Pillars. It'd be unpleasant if they passed unnoticed after all this effort. thought Alkaid. Then he focused on the mind of all the other Gods he could reach (which were the ones within Creation) and transmitted the following information: To all the Gods of Creation: by the will of Voidwalker, the labour of Zeth and the power of Alkaid, the Pillars of Gods have been created. Each and every Pillar is meant to be imbued with one God's powers, knowledge, will and commandments, for the mortals to acknowledge that God's existence and for that God to entail its memory. You are all free to choose one Pillar and exploit it at your will; there are but two conditions: you shan't imbue another God's Pillar and you shan't allow your Pillar to deliberately harm any mortal. You can choose not to imbue any Pillar too, and there is no time limit for your decision about this. You shall be able to know the location of all the Pillars by touching the Main One standing in front of the Portal to Equestria.

Alkaid also wove that information into Creation's tissue of Knowledge so that it would be transmitted also to the Gods who weren't within Creation in that moment. It would have lasted at least a month.

I'm back  :D It's been simply EPIC!  :3

What's been epic?  :o

The Lucca Comics convention  ovO There were something like 40 bronies in the couple of days I've been there (and that's a lot of them, considering it wasn't a specifically pony-related con), and moar will be there today and tomorrow (but I won't be there  D:). We sort of occupied the Hasbro's stand and drew ponies endlessly. Too bad there wasn't a great amount of merch, just some commonly-found pony...but, on the other hand, I managed to find a shop which sold brony T-shirts   :D
And with this maybe I've gone quite too OT... :s

Alkaid listened amazed to the Sisters' voice. He had never witnessed such an event: a god who resigned his godhood. The god of knowledge felt inexplicably sad, though he'd never really had many occasions to know Majem (actually, he'd met him only once).
