Noy was thinking to himself, 'Is a god throwing another tantrum? well I suppose this is as good a time as any, to do my job' He concentrates with all his might to prepare for his next act.
with great effort Noy stops the rain from falling. The dense heavy clouds linger in the sky, still growing.
'That was harder than I thought it would be!' though Noy. He had to use his powers in a way not to disrupt the existing gravitation, yet still cause the rain to collect into the sky.
