His face went white.
Discord? How? Why?
"Why would he leave it in darkness?" Crimson asked.
"Where's the pink clouds and checkered fields?"

With Quill's help, they managed to push it open just enough for the wind to stop closing it and start holding it open. Against the strong wind, Crimson Ace peered into the room.

Darkness.

Other than the sliver of floor he could see by the light comming in from the hallway, it was like Luma's room didn't exist.
Crimson walked blindly into the room, lightly touching his hoof to the marble floor invisible in the darkness to make sure he wouldn't fall to his death. He struggled across the floor to the open window, and searched for the window glass. The stallion, upon finding the window sill, slammed it closed and the breeze was immediately cut off. He found the light switch too and the room lit up. It was no cleaner than Celestia's. The breeze had knocked over a dresser, causing a domino affect of every other big item in the room.

He reached the end of the hall and took a minute to stare at the crescent moon on the door. He sighed and pushed it open, but before Crimson could step inside, the door slammed shut. "Woah." He widened his eyes and turned to Quill. There's a strong wind in there, come help me open it."

((You can of course still join Lost, and what happens to your OC is up to you, but let me just say, if nothing happens to your OC, you might find yourself a little bored with it.))
345
((I'll just stalk this thread until later in the rp))

"As for me too." Sky spoke up from behind Act.

With Strongcoalt speeding on the ice, Windfrost's grip loosened and she knew she was only slowing down the pair. She looked behind the two again and saw the creature still in hot pursuit. Windfrost took a deep breath and willingly let go of the Stallion. With her airlined pegasus build, she flew back a meter like a feather, and finally hit the ice with a spine chilling thud. The contorted pony only a few feet behind her, the last thing Wind sanely saw was Navine and Strongcoalt picking up speed- getting away.
Even if it was only for a few godly hours.
Then she saw darkness.
348
The red stallion walked back through the door, his companion completely slipping from his mind, he began down the hall toward the room of the princess's younger sister.
349
(Become a proxy pony? My pony can but if any pony else wants to that's fine.)

Wind held onto Strongcoalt but she was still screaming. Tears flooded her eyes as her lungs pleaded her to take a breath in.
She finally gasped and greedily took in air. Windfrost looked behind her and saw the creature in tow, it's one burnt appendage dragging uselessly on the ground. Seeing it was gaining ground, her face went as white as the monster's skin and she pleaded for the Stallion to run faster.

He perked his ears, but then flattened them again.
"Even if they were still here, what pony would be able to raise the sun?"
He sighed then stood. "I guess it wound hurt though, to go look for them."
351
Sky noticed Act heading into the room, and she followed him.
She- after all- was just as confused about this as he was.
And they shared a common ground;
Unanswered questions.
352
Skypaint gratuitously took the muffin and put it in her saddlebag for later. She returned to the charcoal room, but decided to check out the rest of the institute first, so she turned and trotted further down the hall and turned left where Act had gone.
353
Using his telekinesis, he moved her hoof off his shoulder. "You don't under stand, she- she has to be here..."
He gasped, crouchin in front of a painting of Equestria that hung on the wall. "If the princess isn't here... What will happen to Equestria?"
354
"End of the hall, first door to the left." Skypaint spoke up from her doorway.
355
The two reared a corner to where the entrance to Celestia's room was. He felt wrong about walking in, but there wasn't anypony to stop him, so he budged open that door too, and looked inside.

Empty.

Grinding his teeth in frustration, he walked further into the room. "How can this be!?" He said. Crimson- slowly going insane- tore though the room, kicking up the sheets, and opening all the drawers. "She can't just be gone!!" He cried, still rampaging through the empty room.
356
Skypaint dropped the charcoal when she heard the yell. She quickly rushed out into the hall to see what was happening.
357
Is it wrong to prefer that starting title to the original...? X3
358
After the surge of joy from the one drawing, Skypaint started on another, then another, then another. She couldn't help herself! I saw so fun to draw with charcoal!

(( ovO ))

Crimson side-glanced at her. "Crimson Ace." He said as they neared the looming front of the castle.
Just as he had feared- Not a soul in sight. "Strange..." He whispered more to himself. "I guess we'll walk right in."
He walked up to the grand front double door, and with a big heave, pushed it open just enough for the two to step though.

Like Aster, Skypaint began sketching on a canvas with a piece of charcoal. Her eyes widened as she went along, remembering every detail of a photograph she had once seen. When she finished- the bit of charcoal nothing but a stub-, Sky gazed at her work; It was the moon through a clearing in the overhead foliage of a forest.
