Of course, I bought it anyway, since it was still cheaper than buying the two games I don't have individually.
But I wouldn't sell a Steam game to someone. That... uh... Actually, I don't know why I thought, for a second, that it could possibly be illegal. You own the game because you paid for it, right? Why not have the right to give it to someone or sell it to someone?
