One thing that annoys ME is STUPID CARTOONS!

SO many modern cartoons are just random stupidity where the 'funniest' joke is just them screaming!
How on CELESTIAS green equestria is screaming funny!? (I'm looking at you Mordecai >.> )

It almost offends me how they patronize these kids now adays! I mean MLP has inelegance to it! MLP encourages friendship and I dare say made my 500% of a better pony, maybe more. while these other shows I see just make me think "Are their arms spaghetti or something?"

If I offended anypony with what I said I had NO mean intentions... so I AM sorry if I offended you, seeing as it's kinda obvious what shows I'm thinking of...But I'm not trying to bash the shows...

I COMPLETELY agree.
In fact, this is a big part of why I love MLP so much!

I immediately latched onto its quality, in this quality-less television landscape we live in.
The voices weren't unbearably STUPID like most, the writing wasn't unbearably stupid either.
The comedy was great, the action (When there was any) wasn't top-notch but still good.
It seemed like an all around, GOOD show.

But nope.

Time for a stupid thing that annoys me.

Why shouldn't I like the show?
It's innocent, (For the most part) fun, well written and acted.  The ONLY thing that makes people turn up their noses at us, is ponies.

THAT'S IT.

If it were, say...
JUST Dragons, or Draconequus they wouldn't care.

Yeah, they all try to mimic Steam, but they never come -close-. Games on there can go for 50% as they come out, and higher % off than that during seasonal sales. I mean -what-. Why would I buy the console versions, when that's an option? Plus the Steam ones can be modded so easily.

And of course, now is when I see your Steam Profile link.

What really grinds my gears is how digital games cost as much as physical, barring massive sales, even though production costs are substantially lower.

That's why I use Steam.
The deals Mane, the deals.
It's a wonderful feeling to buy $200 worth of games, and only pay $30 at most for it.

Last night was awful...

If you're talking about the Dragon attack, then YES.
Who was that Mod who kept bringing in more waves! It was hard enough to rally the troops WITHOUT more Dragon waves EVERY TIME THEY WON.
Why couldn't we just have a Victory Dance Party 5 minutes before closing?   
At least that final battle found me a few more friends.

The argument between Rarity and Applejack did seem like a hark back to Look Before You Sleep from season one to me, but took more of a backseat role to Fluttershy and Rainbow. Which I saw coming a mile away right up to the "no I don't want it any more." Though that didn't exactly make it bad, I actually found it rather amusing.

Fun fact: The pony in the wheelchair is an OC named Stellar Eclipse voiced by his own creator courtesy of the Make a Wish Foundation.

I loved the wheelchair pony the moment I saw him.

This was a fairly underwhelming episode, though. I wonder if they were putting a lot more focus into the premiere, finale, and key episodes or something.

I agree with so much of this.
Bugs, like seriously.  This is why Winter is my favorite time of the year.

PEOPLE, less is more when it comes to making an OC.
When your character is wretchingly bad, people are going to roll their eyes, and forget about it.
Try and make a down to earth type of OC.
Like an astronomer.  Or a hat salesman.
I'm totally not biased or anything.

I don't like TV that much.
Call me a black sheep, but the internet has broken television for everyone under 25.
Watch some Clannad or something, at least that's about character interaction/study.

Okay...Okay, okay, okay.
I know there are probably much better musicians out there who aren't from this fandom, but GEEZ.
The musicians that ARE from this fandom are great!  Why on earth are they not ALL mainstream right now?


In closing, it seems I agree not only with Dream Bolt's writing, but with his opinions as well.

That's horrible!
Once, at a Renaissance Faire, I stopped by a shop that had lots of fur stuff including fox tails, but there was only one tail that was decorated. I insisted on having it, so they sold it to me. It was awesome. Fastforward a few years, one of our cats figured out it's from an animal and ripped it in half.

Our cats make me afraid to display anything without it being behind a glass door, and even then, they have knocked over a wooden chair a few times and had it slam into the glass doors of our big display case that houses my collection of breakable decorative cats and dogs.

Every breakable decorative thing I own that doesn't fit in my personal shelf in that display case is in my room, which the cats aren't allowed in.
All of my wall scrolls and posters are rolled up and stored in my room.
All of my fur (Ripped fox tail, ring-tailed cat tail [not a real cat; had it since elementary school], coyote face, rabbit pelt) is in my room.

This is the downside of having cats. I've saved multiple of my decorative stuff from being thrown into the floor by them, I'm afraid they'll rip my posters, and I'm afraid they'll try to sharpen their claws on my wall scrolls because those are made of fabric.

Woah, your cats make my cats sound like angels. 
I mean, my cats have launched the occasional assault on toilet paper rolls, but nothing as horrible as that!

I was twelve I think.
I had been nurturing a shot-glass collection for years, upon years.
One day my father saw them all, and asked if he could display them in the entertainment room.  I declined, afraid they would break if I gave them to anyone else.  Practically everyone else urged me to agree.
The urging just ended up with me being forced by my mother to agree.
I kid you not, I KID YOU NOT.
Not even ten solid seconds passed after he had put them on the shelf, before the shelf fell off it's hinges.

A collection of several dozen turned into eight in a matter of seconds.

Here's the kicker,

I DIDN'T GET THOSE EIGHT BACK.

I honestly don't even recognize her as a character anymore. Every time she opens her mouth anymore I seriously just think "Oh, shut up, Pinkie!". When's the last time she's said anything even remotely worthwhile? She's become a complete joke.

I've kind of got my fingers crossed that the series finale will reveal this Pinkie is just a changeling and the real Pinkie has been held hostage by Chrysalis the whole time.

I completely agree with the both of you.  Pinkie is now a walking punch line.  What happened to the old Pink-
