"Maple, we gotta talk. Rand is a psychopath. He told us the extent of his hexes, and a little of how they work. Let's go back to the inn room, somewhere where it's a little more private. Open invitation to you, too, Rush!" Joy did not want to put the new development bluntly. Maple had been a wreck for the past couple of days just because he had been turned into a colt. He needed to put it gently, and in a delicate manner, for risk of breaking the poor colt's spirit.

Joy continued to run back towards the beach, though staying with Rush, concerned for Maple still. The duo eventually broke through the treeline, Joy headed straight for Maple.

Joy saw Rush's ear returned to normal, then feeling a tickle in the back of his throat. Giving a cough, he didn't put two and two together until he opened his mouth. "Yeah! Wait..." The realization set in. "Yeah! Never underestimate Rush, 'friend'!" Lacing the word friend with figurative venom, Joy taunted Rand. Happy that there was now an out, he was not worried about any consequences.

"Tell me h-" Joy began, protests interrupted by suddenly being magically lifted and tossed through the ring of fire.
Angry; surprised, and a little warmer than usual, Joy, after a few minutes of shock, stood up from his newfound seat on the other side of the ring.
"What is your problem? You don't throw ponies through fire! That's kinda rude, if ya didn't know!" He naturally had a bad reaction to being thrown through fire, as most would. Joy did not notice that his questions weren't answered.

He knew with his past, and all, he deserved something. He'd robbed ponies, been a small time and a big time theif, he'd left his friend of more than ten years in danger so he could go back to a beach!
Wait... I should probably go see if Flame is okay, soon. Should really do something about that. Not quite the time to be thinking about this, though.

Moon is an old friend of ours, he was still in the RP when craziness happened and made us go sign up.
Sometimes it's best to adapt in roleplaying. I went from terrible roleplaying over voice chats to terrible roleplaying here to average roleplaying here. Always best to evolve.
Randomness...isn't often appreciated in most serious roleplay communities. Usually people like characters to act how they would according to one main set of personality traits, and not as a jumbled set of many contradicting traits. In comedic roleplays is where randomness better fits, and even then, some frown upon it.
Remember, as well, there can always be one little thing that influences a vote. Whether it be writing style, power, or a sore attitude.
When being rejected, it's always best to take a good look at the traits most discussed in that ballot.
As I said earlier as well, we can't take any more risks when it comes to bending rules if we can help it. I'd rather not make the mod team have more work.
