Quote from: Chishio Kunrin on 2015 Dec 14, 02:15:42Spoiler: showWell, considering these images that someone recently posted on Tumblr, Neo might have had something to do with it...
^ At 15:54, one of his eyes was brown instead of gray. I'm looking into it right now. It's weird. I hope this whole illusion thing gets explained because it's confusing everyone.
Post MergeSpoiler: Adding onto that RWBY spoiler thing showI can't replicate that screenshot, so I guess nevermind it. I even separated that part of the episode into frames, and none of the frames have either of his eyes brown.
Man, I got off-topic.
Ummmm. I found some tasty leftovers I didn't expect in the fridge!

Oh yeah, Yang vs Tifa? That was really interesting to watch. I noticed that they actually used a couple of moves and shots directly from RWBY and Final Fantasy: Advent Children. Such as, when Tifa lands on the mirror and stays there for a moment while the force from her being thrown catches up with her and shatters the mirror? It's the same shot as in Advent Children, when she lands on a wall in the church, and stays there for a moment while the force from being thrown catches up with her and makes petals fly off of the flowers on the ground.Spoiler: Episode 6 Spoilers showIt seems that Yang was the one under the illusion, like she was hallucinating it all. This, and the fake Yatsuhashi from episode 4, has led people to wonder if Emerald has kind of an inverse version of Neo's Semblance. Like, if Neo's Semblance causes illusions that people around her see, while Emerald makes one person hallucinate. There's also the fact that, one of the lines you can hear in the song that plays during Emerald and Mercury's tournament round sounds like "And defeat you from inside your mind."
It's all really confusing, and the cliffhanger doesn't make it any better, and I really wanna see Neo again, and we haven't seen Roman at all this Volume. We also haven't seen Adam yet.
Also, interesting thing you can notice when rewatching the episode: Ruby calls out "Break a leg, sis!" to Yang. Go figure. I actually yelled about that while rewatching the episode, like "Are you kidding me?! You really wrote that?!!"
Something someone else noticed: Amber -> Being preserved -> Like a creature caught in amber.
Rooster Teeth loves their puns and wordplay. Good thing I'm a sucker for puns and wordplay.

The new RWBY episode, Volume 3 Episode 6: Fall, is awesome!
Might be a little too serious for some people, considering there was next to no comedy whatsoever, but man, it was amazing!
It had me on the edge of my seat, watching and listening in curiosity, awe, wonder, and shock!
Man, that moment when you start to feel disappointed because you think the episode is going the predictable way, and then something different happens, and you're left sitting there thinking "What? What is--" but you don't even have time to finish your question because now you're in shock, just stunned!!
And then it ends on a cliffhanger. But in a good way.
Well... I, personally, consider it to be a "cliffhanger in a good way." Dunno how anyone else feels about it. Especially since next weekend is a World of Remnant video instead of an episode... Buuuut I'm curious what that one will be about! *Sits down at a desk* I'm ready to learn, Headmaster!!

People.
Quote from: Chishio Kunrin on 2015 Dec 08, 09:49:05Spoiler: show'Tis a Black Queen, I think. I mean, the message Ozpin got from Qrow at the end of Volume 1 said "Queen has pawns" so it fits if the piece is a Queen.
So far, it seems that Faunus can only have one physical animal trait. Blake has cat ears, Velvet has rabbit ears, Sun has a monkey tail, various background Faunus have animal ears, there was a White Fang member who had tusks... Neon does seem to be a cat. I guess the end of her tail being lighter is supposed to reflect that. And yeah, I think we were meant to find her annoying and dislike her.

I feel the need to repeat something in frustration, and this is the best place I can do it, so...Spoiler: RWBY spoilers showCinder could already choose the matches before Ironwood connected his Scroll to Ozpin's computer!
Cinder could already choose the matches before that
Cinder could already choose the matches before that
Cinder could already choose the matches before that
CINDER COULD ALREADY CHOOSE THE MATCHES BEFORE THAT
CINDER. COULD. ALREADY. CHOOSE. THE MATCHES. BEFORE THAT!!!!!!!
Ironwood's Scroll had nothing to do with that! I swear, if I see anyone else saying that his Scroll getting infected gave her access to choose the matches, after the new episode has shown us what it really did, I might scream!! It was implied beforehand that she was already choosing the matches, considering she and Emerald said they knew JNPR was going to win their match. That, and the way Cinder said she'd get everything ready sounded like she had already done it before and that Mercury and Emerald knew exactly what she was talking about.
She was already choosing the matches before Ironwood's Scroll got infected with the virus!!!

But...I... I was logging out...?
Quote from: Chishio Kunrin on 2015 Nov 28, 19:26:52Spoiler: showDid anyone else see the Honey Lemon (Big Hero 6) pony at Twilight's lecture?
Hrm. So, out of the villains... Sombra was waging an all out full-on war, Chrysalis was tracking down and fighting rebels, Discord and Nightmare Moon had total control of Equestria, and Tirek was destroying things.
This was a really interesting finale. It was neat seeing all the What If's. Starlight's redemption probably would've been better if Twilight had found her friend and reunited them, but eh.

Just a reminder for those in North America: the Hoopa distribution is now live via McDonald's and is for all Gen 6 games. You have until December 23, 2015 to get it.

I've been absorbing a lot of Overwatch material lately and I've realized something...
Reinhardt is alive today, apparently. The game takes place in 2076, Reinhardt is 61 years old, that means he was born in 2015. I should check Stuttgart's birth records...

I see McDonald's has adopted a new "25 seconds or less" guarantee at the drive thru.
Look, I realize it's called fast food but come on, McDonald's workers are not paid enough to have that kind of pressure put on them. I'd gladly wait longer that 25 seconds if I knew I wasn't giving someone a stomach ulcer.

I think a thing is just that if the whole world tried their best to make the world a place like Equestira it'd be so much nicer.
People would care for one another.
Others wouldn't need half as much help.
