I loved Spyro!
Spyro Year of the Dragon was my first Playstation game, and it was so cute, fun and colorful...!
I went back eventually to play the other two. The first game wasn't as good, but it came out at a time when 3D platforming was a brand new concept, so of course it's not going to be perfect.
Ripto's rage however was fantastic. Flawed I'm sure, but I remember it far exceeding my expectations.
As for any games beyond those first 3, I remember getting annoyed by lag and loading screens, so I didn't really play much after that

Hey remember when I said I played the first two volumes of .hack//G.U.?
Well as of yesterday, I am now the proud owner of a copy of .hack//G.U. Vol. 3: Redemption!
It took me 8 years, but I finally have it!
I was debating with myself on whether I should start a new save file on the previous 2 games, but I didn't wanna get burnt out on them by the time I made it to the third volume, so I figured I'd just jump right in, foggy memories and all.
Surprisingly, I actually remembered quite a bit. I remembered the big plot elements and a good majority of the characters. The only time I had forgotten anything was when vague terms were thrown around, but I was still able to grab the jist of it.
I had totally forgotten that some characters existed though.

If I had a long wish list of things I'd like to see in the movie, I'd worry that I'd build the film up to be something that it's not, and won't be able to enjoy it for what it is once it's released.

Although I am kind of hoping that it doesn't just feel like a "longer than usual" episode. I mean I get that's basically what it's gonna be, but I'd love for it to feel more cinematic.
Not "ACTION ACTION ACTION/DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA" like those live action films aimed at adults, but like a really really good kids film. Something like what Disney does or maybe a Don Bluth film like The Secret of Nimh. Maybe with some moral ambiguity but still high-flying adventure like a film from Studio Ghibli.
So long as it's an improvement from this, I'll be happy

I like this idea! Although I think it would be kinda difficult too.
I mean at this stage in development, any fixes or changes to the game will be kinda subtle or hard to explain to the general public. Imagine full paragraphs like: "Hey y'know this thing in the (?) with the (?) That was being like (?)? Well we did (?) to that so now it's doing (?). This is a good thing!"
Not that the general public isn't smart, it's just that unless everyone knows all of the ins and outs of every department and all what they do, I think progress reports would probably raise more questions than answer them.
I wish we had more stuff to show visually though at least. I know that used to be a thing at some point!Lets bring that back!

Though balancing out "spending Valentine's with a special somepony" and balancing out "hanging with friends and family" can be a little tricky sometimes. Plus I have to buy something for my S.O. instead of using all of my birthday money on just myself. But in turn I get a gift from them too, so it kinda balances out!
It's a little depressing though because I have some friends who always, always get so sad whenever Valentine's day is drawing near
or my other friends already made plans to be with their significant other instead of spending time with me!

I'm pretty sure that you can only log onto the game if the servers are up, and since the servers are closed at the moment...it's basically a no-go.

Otaku in Japanese society actually have a lot in common with some bronies. Although I'd say bronies are probably closer to "big friends" in Japan; grown men who unironically watch shows like Pretty Cure and enjoy viewing or drawing uh...concerning fan art of the characters.But yeah same here for the "I like anime" thing XD

I watch MLP, I play the fan-made games, I watch the music videos, I listen to the music, I watch analytical videos, I read the fan wikis, I look at the art, I even create some art of my own. I know who is and who isn't considered "horse famous" in various circles.
I consume official MLP media, and a huge chunk of that's fan made MLP stuff. I adore the show and will even write long-winded blurbs about my own thoughts and opinions about the show and the fandom surrounding it.
But I personally do not call myself a brony, (or pegasister) because I do not feel comfortable identifying myself as such.
If other people want to use the word that's fine. Some people genuinely don't know the toxic stigma that surrounds brony culture, or they use it just because it makes things less confusing for themselves and those around them.
But I don't think that other people should force that label onto you just because "you like G4 ponies so of course you're a brony!!! xDDDDDD"
It's basically the same reason I don't call myself an Otaku either, despite my love for anime.
So...if you feel comfortable with the word, go ahead and use it! But if you're not comfortable, that's okay too!

I was mostly too busy moderating to really get a chance to "play" the game
But I loved exploring the new Ponydale, and the Crystal Kingdom was hardly laggy at all! and the buildings were sooo shiny!
I even got to see several ponies that I recognized from youtube I should have taken more screen shots of them!
I hope to see you all again the next time!
