I think you need to get that burn patch up. But since Rosie isn't up and Rocky's hut in potential on flame, the medkit in the diner should still available for you to use. Moon says walking down from the porch heading into his friend's hut.

Percival, the pony bot I've shown you in the visions attacked the beach about 4 or 5 days ago. You might be able to re-invent the transportal by expanding your building skills.
