Checkmate couldn't respond, caught up in his despair.  A large part of him wanted to just jump off the train.  If he couldn't even save a stranger, what if something happened to Drop?!

Yes ma'am.  Checkmate helped Farsight onto the train, setting him with Aqua and bowing slightly to her.  I wish you two the best of luck.  I certainly think he'll recover soon.
