I would assume so, since he is attacking an inhabited planet and you seemed to have been fighting against his forces to prevent him from taking resources.

The Lt. replies back with a smile. "Again, thank you for joining in. Once Buckeye comes back, he will have to board your ship and congratulate you in person. And if he won't do it, we will make him." The bridge crew starts laughing and is heard through the coms. "I will say this. Buckeye will not tolerate any pony who would attack a faction, group, or individual without a cause. If that cause is just he will let it go, but if he finds it intolerable, he will do everything within his power to stop it from happening any further. And besides, we are the most powerful fleet in the Free Systems, so Buckeye's power is overwhelming to both pirates and rogues."
The Pelican, that Buckeye is on, lands onto a landing platform. He gets out and proceeds towards the throne room. He met up with the guards. "I wish to speak with your Empress, may I enter?"

Well not every faction can make their own robots. The Free systems has average technology but that doesn't stop them from creating conventional weaponry that has a devastating attack power and speed. As for creating robots... I don't know about how much resources they would have on creating something like that. The Free Systems are basically colonized planets that are in the process of terraforming.

In the Dreadnought, the marines loads up in all 20 pelicans. The Pelicans fly off along with 50 Hornets and 10 Longswords to join Cosmic's troops in the battlefield. The Burning Star and Blazing Fire rise up to an altitude where they can fire upon any incoming Clockwork ships that would attempt to attack the capitol or. The Shining Star remains with Dreadnought at the capitol for extra protection.
More ships appear on the hologram tactical map. Buckeye's Lt. opens up coms to Cosmic's ship. "Thanks for the help. These Remnants wouldn't let us fight without shooting down our weapons. We had to enter into the planet so Sheriff could have a talk with the Empress of the Nexus. He will return once he has finished talking. We have also sent our marines down to where your troops are in order to help push back those tin cans."

After all that has happened. I would believe its gonna take more than just talking. But it wasn't Buckeye who started a war. Considering it was Clockwork that invaded an isolated empire and tried to steal their resources. That is a sign of attack, and therefore a declaration of war. You cannot take resources without asking first and besides its not the citizens of Nexus's fault that they hate Clockwork and his empire.
Sometimes one can start a war without intending to. Taking the resources of an empire that has a negative affiliation against The Clockwork Empire is one way of causing a war without intending to.
Buckeye's purpose is to defend the weak from the strong, the innocent from the guilty. And right now, he sees Clockwork doing that same thing that Buck hates. It's not his fault that Clockwork invaded the Nexus Empire and may have already started a war between those two.

More ships appear on the hologram tactical map. With this, the ships goes onto standby. The coms open up to the Remnants "What is this? What are you doing? Why are you protecting this robotic scrap? He was the one who invaded the inhabitants of Proximus Centauri. I cannot stand by while he steals their resources. Justice must be served. And that is what we will do. We will protect the innocent from the guilty, the weak from the strong! So get out of our way!" The coms shuts off and the attack fleet advances at full speed, going past Lord X's fleet and straight towards the planet, clearing a way for any other ship to get through. The starfighters and interceptors return to the Dreadnought for stand-by.
The fleet flies past the Clockwork fleet and enters the planet's atmosphere. All 4 ships flies towards the capital and forms a defensive formation around the capital, hovering right over it. "Prepare the pelican. I'm going down to meet the empress or whoever is running this empire. And remember, keep defending the weak from the strong, the innocent from the guilty. We will force Clockwork and his empire out of this system no matter what." Buckeye goes into the hangar of his ship and boards the Pelican. Large disturbance in space appears in front of Calamity's ship. It opens up, revealing a slip space. All four warships gets out of slip space in attack formation. Communications reached out towards any ally ship in the area. "This is Sheriff Buckeye Starwing, Captain of the Shining Star. Don't worry your pretty little heads about ole Clockwork, because the cavalry has arrived!" Communications shuts off and Saber-class starfighters and Longswords begin to pour out of the carrier, Dreadnought.
"Lets go punch some holes into these tin cans. Fire MAC Cannons!" The dual MAC cannons the Shining Star fires directly towards the enemy fleet. The Burning Star and Blazing Fire fires off their MAC cannons into the frigates.

I see what you mean. I will use Google Chrome for some sites that can't be handled by Internet Explorer. I'm still using IE, I have been using it for a long time and I ain't letting it go.

I tried Firefox before, but I prefer to use IE because it seems more natural to me. I don't know if that made any sense but I just like using IE more than Firefox or Chrome.

Bane waits in the tower along with Queen Cadence. He quietly sits down, awaiting for the group to arrive. while doing so, he closes his eyes and hums a strange tune, probably from a song from the Ancients.

In the corner of his eye, Buckeye saw the holograms playing. He then sees a few of his crew members approaching his group. Buckeye motions them to go back to the ship and wait for his return. They head back towards the Shining Star. He looks at Yellow. "The only advice I can give to you is that once you have a ship of your own, you must know it inside and out. You must have a feel for your ship. Don't think of it as just an item or a mode of transportation, think of it as your home. You are a part of the ship as the ship is a part of you. If there is something wrong with the ship, you will know it and know how to handle it. Think on what I said, and continue with your studies. For maybe one day, you will command a great ship of your own." Buckeye turns towards the direction of the docks. "You have the makings of a pilot, I hope one day you join my crew. When I have time, I will come back and see how your progress is. Right now, I have a war to attend to." He leaves for the docks and boards his ship. The Dreadnought already left with the recruits and is with the other two ships.
Buckeye reaches the bridge and gives the all go to leave. "I guess we will have to visit the Homeworld Queens some other time. Detach the ship from port and join in with the rest of the ships. Tell the others to go into attack formation." The Shining Star undocks from the port and leaves Starlight Castle. The ship joins in with the small fleet and starts to form the attack formation. Blazing Fire and Burning Star are stationed at both sides of Dreadnought. The Shining Star is at the front of the fleet. Dreadnought stations itself behind the fleet, between the two ships.
The navigation crew starts to enter the coordinates to Nexus. A large disturbance, caused by the slipstream drive in the ships, appear in front of the fleet. The slipstream appears and the ships advances into it. The slipstream closes as the Dreadnought disappears into the slipstream.

Buckeye looks at Cosmic and tips his hat. "Howdy Cosmic. The names Sheriff Buckeye Starwing. Captain of the Shining Star, a Marathon Class Cruiser. I would be guessing your of the Homeworld fleet. It's nice to meet ya too." he turns back to Yellow and smiles. "As for what I'm doing here. One of the ships under my command, Dreadnought, a Firefly Class Carrier, is in need of some fighter pilots after our last skirmish with an unexpected visitor. We came here, after dropping off some prisoners, to find and recruit some pilots to fill in those seats and keep a little for reserves. What I am doing here is looking around after I saw this flight school when I came in. I wanted to check this place out, look at the potential pilots, like yourself."

I wish I can provide the screenshot, If I could see the options to do so. And this happened often after I saw the chat that came up on the board. I Thought that it would pass. I didn't and now its taking a long time for the features to load up.
