Introductions Archive / Downloading for Windows 7?

Soo, even though the servers or now closed, before they were, I tried to download it through the Windows link, it succeeded however, it came up as a LoE-Windows-1.7z which then comes up as a "Windows cannot open this file." Soo has anyone else ran into this? 'Cause I'm new with this and what-not and would love to play this. Thanks?
