"Well, as long as nothing goes spectacularly wrong, you should be safe. Nice meeting you Teal." Rogan heads back to his seat, making sure that at least a part of his consciousness is targeted on the stasis field around Teal; keeping it not too weak, not too strong, but just right.

"Alright. Just give me a moment." Rogan concentrates, and an area of faint red appears around Teal and his seat. You can only tell that it is there by concentrating very hard. "Don't worry, it isn't such a straining spell. I should still be able to concentrate on class."

Seeing Teal fall, Rogan feels sorry for the poor colt. Feeling this, he realizes that this means that Teal must be fast approaching his own level of pathetic. He decides to keep a close eye on Teal to prevent him from falling again.

After grabbing his muffins, Dawnfire heads towards Nova's room. "Hello again professor Nova." Shows amulet. "Is this alright? I made it to warn me if anything was sneaking up on me in my sleep. It seemed like a good idea at the time, but then it started waking me up all the time, so i had to deactivate it's magical properties."

Dawnfire grabbed the hoof-carved basic magical amulet that he had made during his journeys. He then headed towards the cafeteria to grab a few blueberry muffins drizzled in melted butter.

Rogan sat at the back of the room, where he could observe everypony and remain ouside of most of their fields of vision. He wasn't worried about the class. He was just concerned with surviving the ponies in it. (( This is actually how I act on the first day at a new school... ))
