Messages - HunterOfTheDark

Twilight and Celestia looked at each other before moving to the two middle doorways, Celestia taking the right, while Twilight took the left. None of the group knew what they would face in the Temple, but they did know that there would be many enemies no matter which door they chose. Steeling themselves, they stepped through into the tunnels beyond.

((OK, can't believe I forgot about this, but the passages that Celestia and Mage took both go down into the same basement room, while the passages that Twilight and Flame took both go up to the same room on the first floor. My plan is to have Mage and Celestia working together, while Twilight and Flame work together. After you get through the room you guys end up in, Celestia and Mage's door will go up, while Twilight and Flame's door will go down. That will be the room with the Boss Key. They'll need to work together to open the Boss Door. I look forward to see what comes of this set up  ^-^))
1302
((Eh, I'm not too worried, all the characters have a few aces up their sleeves. Now comes the fun part ovO))

[glow=orange,2,300]"Don't worry Mage, I'm sure you'll get your chance to destroy it."[/glow]

The train had just come into a clearing. Statues littered the area leading to the massive temple before them. Celestia began bringing the train to a stop. The group disembarked to find four doorways, leading to unknown areas.

"Looks like we're gonna have to split up..."

Each member chose a doorway and went on their way.

((Alright, heres whats going to happen, you're each gonna write your character's trek through the temple, but once you get to the room that has the Boss Door/Key, stop, that's where they'll regroup.))
1303
((take as much time as you want, but don't completly destroy it, it'll reappear in the Temple, instead of the overgrown beetle thats there in the game))

Darkness coming up to the train is very close Flame says looking up from his concentration

Celestia looks ahead, seeing a massive heartless ahead of them.
Spoiler: show
It looks like this, minus the Unversed symbol, and plus the heartless symbol

[glow=orange,2,300]"Mage, I need you to take out that heartless before we reach it, think you can do it?"               [/glow]

((relinquishing control of the heartless to you, LostSanity))

((I think this is what you mean. As a reference to Cloud, FFVII.))

(I personally was thinking of Za-)

[NOBODY PLAYS CRISIS CORE!]

(...Nevermind.)

((You're both right. Congats, have a cookie! Now lets get back to the RP. as for Rain, do you have a side quest in mind, yellow?))

To say that the room the group stepped into was large, would be an understatement; it was massive, with a vaulted ceiling, and the symbol of the Forest Realm on the wall. Twilight, spying a man in the center of the room, walked over to him.

"Hello, are you the Lokomo known as Gage?"

"Why yes! I am indeed Gage!" the Lokomo replied, smiling pleasantly.

[glow=orange,2,300]"Hmm, not quite what I was expecting for a guardian of the realm..."[/glow] Celestia mused under her breath.

"What was that now?!" Gage called to the group still near the door. "If you've something to say, I'd like to hear it!"

Celestia blushed, quickly reevaluating the small man. [glow=orange,2,300]"My apologies, Gage. I was just surprised by your appearance."[/glow]

"Well, what were you expecting? Some lumbering brute who carries a massive sword and has hair that seems to defy gravity?"

Celestia's blush deepens. [glow=orange,2,300]"Um, well, uh...anyway, Anjean sent us."[/glow]

"Ahh, so you're the ones she sent. I take it your friends are on their way to the other sanctuaries?"

"That's right. We're here to restore the Spirit Tracks."

"Yes, I know. I assume Anjean gave you a flute?"

Twilight nodded, pulling out the instrument for the Lokomo guardian to see.

"Good, good. Now, to restore the Spirit Tracks that have disappeared, you need to know a special song. It is called the Song of Restoration, and each of the realms has its own unique version. The song is a duet that requires two sacred instruments. My cello and your flute should do the trick! With both instruments playing the song, we can restore the tracks to the Temple. So, which one of you is the most musical?"

The group looks at each other, each trying to decide whether to step up or not. Finally, Twilight steps forward and nods.

"Excellent. Now, to teach you the song..."

Gage took the next half an hour to teach the song. When they were ready, Twilight glanced over at the rest of the group.

"Can I get you guys to be silent? I need to concentrate."

And with that, the duet began

Spoiler: show

As the final notes faded, a bright glow filled the room, shining from the symbol of the Forest Realm. The rail map suddenly glowed with power, a new route etching itself into stone.

"Well done, get to the temple, as quickly as you can. Time is of the essence."

The group ran back to the train, each of them taking up their former positions, though this time, Flame simply took up a look out, watching for monsters that might become a problem. The train pulled out of the station, beginning its journey to the Forest Temple.

((Whew, sorry about the massive update, but I kinda want to pick up the pace a little bit. Anyway, feel free to make a post with your character adding a comment or question (I will allow you to take control of Gage to answer the questions, but put them in as flashbacks, I don't want people getting confused. Also, if any of you can pick out the Final Fantasy reference I made, you get a cookie.))
1307
((Hmm, sounds like its gonna be interesting. Anyway, the party just came into the room where Gage is, so if I was you, I'd post something sooner, rather than later))
1308
((Gage is the Lokomo guardian of the Forest Realm, and he is in the room we just entered. Do a google search on him if you need info on him. Also, yes, you are allowed to register new OCs, but because we aren't in Equestria any more, it can't be a pony OC, unless you're willing to wait for the Equestria revisit. Also, you'll have to have your OC's starting world after Hyrule, we're too far along in the story to add characters to Hyrule now))

((I actually did say when they were still being worked on. Because there weren't any characters assigned anywhere yet when I had said.))

((If thats the case, than I'm really sorry about that. Consider my offer of controling the Lokomo guardians my way of apologizing.))

[glow=orange,2,300]"I hardly think thats neccessary Mage; this area is heavily shielded. The only things here are the Lokomom guardian and the native monsters, and that room was sealled."[/glow]

The party walked into the peaceful room, where they found the first Lokomo guardian.

((Last chance, yellow, if you don't start controling Gage in the next post, I will))
1310
((My appologies, but you were meant to say which temple you wanted to go to in the OOC thread. On top of that, you chose thw temple after the groups had been chosen, so you were a little late. At the moment, if you still want to do stuff involving the Forest Realm, my offer of allowing you to control Gage is still open, along with the offer of controling all the Lokomo guardians))

*"solved puzzle" sound plays*

((LOL, anyway, would you be able to take control of Gage? I feel bad having to leave you out while we're at the sanctuary and temple.))
1312
Twilight blushes as she does just that, embarassed at her lack of thought. As soon as the line is drawn, a rumbling sound can be heard coming from a slab of rock directly in front of the party. The slab moves aside, to reveal a passage into the sanctuary.
1313
[glow=orange,2,300]"I should have known. Luna must have had her own private stash. In any case, we should get moving, the first of the Lokomo is here somewhere."[/glow]

The party leaves the train station, looking around for clues as to where the Lokomo guardian might be.

"Princess, over here!"

Twilight was now standing in front of a stone tablet, rubbing her hand against her chin in thought.

[glow=orange,2,300]"What is it?"[/glow]

"A puzzle, this tablet says that to open the door, we need to connect the two statues that are facing each other. The statues all around this tablet are facing in multiple directions, but two of them are facing each other. My guess is we need to find a way to connect the two of them. Still, that doesn't explain this quill next to this picture of the statues..."

((Where does Rain go next?))

((Rain will be in the Tower for the duration of the time hes in Hyrule, until they go off to battle Maladus in the Dark Realm.))

Twilight looked closely at what Mage was holding, examining every inch of the beaker, until she noticed a faint magical glow coming off the liquid.

"It appears to be some sort of healing potion. From my first glance, I'd assume it both heals injuries and restores magical stamina."

[glow=orange,2,300]"An elixir! Amazing, I thought those had all been used years ago. Mage, where exactly did you find this in the castle?"[/glow]
1315
Mage's spell managed to incinerate the monster ahead, however, another soon took its place, as the train entered the forest, out of the reach of the demon trains.

[glow=orange,2,300]"Mage, perhaps the canon would be easier to use."[/glow] Celestia said, rather amused at Mage's lack of observation. [glow=orange,2,300]"Also, make sure you keep a look out for any heartless, as well as any monsters. Just blast them when you see them."[/glow]

The train slowly made its way through the forest, with Mage occasionally blasting any monsters or heartless that got too close. Soon enough, they had made it to the Forest Sanctuary. Celestia stopped the train, while Twilight ended her barrier spell and Mage and Flame relaxed and prepared to disembark.
1316
Sixrand waited till the last second before jumping out of the war of the charging heartless, throwing his spikes at the same time. The Hunter roars in pain once again, the shadows clearing and fully revealing its form, it all its dark glory. It then opened a portal, diving into the next area of the tower.

"Come on, lets get back to Anjean and let her know what happened. It would probably be best to wait down there for the first section of the Tower to be restored," said Sixrand, sheathing his spikes.

Just as he said this, a blue light appeared in the center of the room.

"Sixrand, Rain. Well done in driving that creature out of that room. Step into the blue light to come back down" Anjean's voice came once again.

The two then stepped into the light, teleporting back to the bottom of the Tower.

=====Forest Realm, en route to the Forest Sanctuary=====

[glow=orange,2,300]"Mage! Monster dead ahead! Flame! Keep your eyes on that demon train behind us! Twilight! Keep that barrier going, if that train hits us we're dead!"[/glow] Celestia called from the main engine, shoveling more coal into furnace, trying to pick up speed. Almost immediately after they left the Tower of Spirits, they were attacked by monsters and heartless, the only thing keeping them at bay being the cannon and Twilight's impressive barrier spell. If that wasn't bad enough, trains suddenly appeared on the tracks, giving off a dark aura, not unlike a heartless. These trains followed them, cut them off, and did their best to ram into the train. Celestia glanced at her rail map, following the trains progress. They were now coming up on the town of Whittleton, the last landmark before the Forest Sanctuary.

Hey guys, I'm making this post to make you aware of two things:
1) Since FracturedMourn hasn't been online for a while, I will be taking control of Sixrand until he comes online again.
2) I have started writing everything we've done so far into a fanfiction. You can find what I've got so far at this link: http://www.fimfiction.net/story/135031/kingdom-hearts-the-key-to-harmony-episode-one-equestria
Bear in mind that I have rewritten most of what happened, so that the styles match. Plus, I added another Dive to the Heart for narwhaliagames's OC Sakura Petal, so narwhaliagames, if you want me to edit the DttH that I came up with, just shoot me a PM so that I can edit it.
1318
((Yup, unless you want Rain to jump between the Hunter and Sixrand of course))

"Rain! Sixrand! If you can hear me, listen to what I have to say! That heartless is linked to the Tower, while the tower is broken, it will be impossible to destroy! You need to drive it out of that room somehow! Once its out, that section of the Tower will be fully restored, and you won't have to worry about it anymore! Once each of the floors are restored, you'll be able to destroy that heartless! For now, if you know any light based magic, use it now, and it should be driven away!"
1319
The Hunter roared in pain as Rain's Keblade conected with its dark body. It retreated back into the shadows, turning its glowing red eyes onto Sixrand before making another charge.

Hey guys, it looks like we are almost ready to move on to the Forest Sanctuary/Temple, so those who are part of the group en route, get ready, cause we're gonna be going into danger right off the bat.
