The ponies and background image are made in the Pony Creator at Deviant Art, and I use Paint to flip one pony and add it to the image of the other.
It's all rather gloriously simple.
I just got a bit of a more smooth-running mouse, though, so I'll be trying my hand at drawing original ponies once more.
