Messages - Caramel Truffle

Seeing that what was happening was beyond his comprehension, Creepy sighed, put his camera back in his saddlebag and went to the nearest silent pony. That was the least he could do.

Everything's okay? Well, apart from being potentially stuck here forever, of course.

((Yep, he knows how to cheer ponies. More seriously though, as I wasn't doing anything in particular for a long time and -forgive me if I'm wrong- nobody tried to talk to Creepy, I'm offering to a lurker the opportunity to interact with him. Last time it didn't worked well, but... I have faith in you. (And this time, hugs are optional.) ))
22
When he went back to the ground, Creepy sighed as he looked at the light, thinking that something fishy was going on with it and nearly everypony jumped willingly in the potential trap.
23
Creepy stopped taking pictures for a while because of a sudden realization: his employers were mainly scientists, biologists, etc. They surely would love to see one of the fruits that were in this orchard! That's why he flied to a nearby tree and put a couple of its fruits in his saddlebags, mumbling to himself:

With some luck... That will be enough to buy a long-range-express-picture-taker-6000...

And just to be sure, he took two more fruits and put them with the others before going back to the ground.

((Yes, this one can take 60 pictures per second. :P))

((Ditto, minus the 24h. More like 23.))
25
Creepy archived the pictures he didn't want Alassë to see and sat next to the group of ponies she joined. Next, but not so close, like the observer he was.

((My only post for the day. See you tomorrow evening! (That is to say, in 24h, basically.) ))

(("Look, but don't touch" : got it!   0:) One a more serious note though, busy day tomorrow and it's midnight now. Goodnight all! I'll be connected a bit tomorrow evening.))

((Is your doubt about my post pumpkin? If so: "PG -- Parental Guidance Suggested. Some Material May Not Be Suitable For Children." "There may be some profanity and some depictions of violence or brief nudity." [source: http://www.mpaa.org/ratings/what-each-rating-means]  I may be wrong, but as "plot" is merely used here as an innuendo-joke hardly understandable by someone that never heard MLP slang, I doubt that it could be more than PG.

Also, yeah. The more, the merrier, but 60 seemed a bit too much when I first thought about it. :P ))

Creepy had thought that Alassë wasn't plotting anything beyond the silent stalking, but he was false and thus happy to be able to take some pictures of her plot. The one about Baddy. And the other one too, because Creepy would never refuse to take such nice pictures.
Needless to say, he wasn't going to throw away any of the 30 pictures per second he got. Not even the blurry ones.
29
((Okidoki for the (Bad) Harmony pictures.))

Reacting quickly, Creepy used that mode... The one shooting 30 pictures per second. With that, he was sure to have at least a dozen of good pictures, perfect for "archiving".

Got it. And you're right, that's strange... It seems like his "magical aura" or whatever only allows his other self to be photographed.

He then showed briefly one of the pictures he has just taken -where Baddy looked like Harmony needing an ophthalmologist- and then prepared himself to shoot more, but sighed when he realized it certainly was already over, with Baddy getting back to the group.

Another [insert correct time lapse here], another trap. This time, they seemed to be locked in an orchard with a shadow mare who lied to herself because of some magic. Not knowing how to reason with stubborn ponies nor dealing with magic, Creepy accepted the offer of Alassë and stayed close to her, with his camera ready. He said in a low tone:

The pictures of Baddy's face will be creepier than me, but I like the whole idea. Just, have a look at one.

He showed her one of the pictures he took of him, with the dark coat and the light emitting eyes.
((That's what I remember. As always, if I'm wrong, feel free to correct me.))

I took it while he was Harmony. Anyway, let's go! There's enough trees to hide us easily.
31
((For those concerned about the data in this post, I asked Alassë privately before writing it.))

Creepy started by taking IR pictures of the orchard, but found nothing else than blue trees (cold) on black. (colder) Except for... A green spot (hotter than trees), so he started to use an adequate zoom and found a pony form seeming to come toward them. He switched back to normal pictures and took some using the same zoom.

After that, he went in direction of the others, thanked the pony offering the drinks, drank a sip and then showed the screen of this device to the others, before adding:

I'm sorry to interrupt this short break, but considering these pictures, a kind of shadowy pony is coming toward the gate and seems in pretty bad shape. 'May not have ate for days and hurt a leg, if the body is really that thin and the foreleg-dragging isn't for fun. Does somepony has a plan?
32
I stopped using the other since we met. "Except for the pictures no one here will see.", he thought. Beside, if you want me to try infrared -these grey tones aren't those of warmth and life after all- I don't have the choice. ...And taking pictures without being able to see them would be silly and useless in our current situation.

He started to configure his device.
33
Creepy took some pictures of Alassë being knocked back, but when viewing them, he did not find anything new that could explain something about it. He stayed close to the group after that, keeping his camera ready and laughing softly because of the Baddy-Allassë relationship thingy he began to extrapolate.

((In Creepy's mind, a love-hate relationship is perfectly normal....))

Being a bit more serious again, he looked at the fence, then at his camera and added:

I could use the zoom and/or flash on my camera to see what's past the fence and potentially impossible to see with naked eyes, but if there is some monster, the light could attract it. ...Oh, I could use the infrared mode to see temperatures too.

((I assume this is possible, since the ponies are able to see what's past it just with their eyes. If not, for whatever reason, just ignore this part, Creepy will simply remain silent. And yes, infrared. Creepy is a photographer hired by scientists, biologists, etc. Having this kind of stuff isn't far-fetched... I guess.))
34
Creepy wasn't serious when he said that the walls were foes, but as he seemed to be right and wasn't brave, he took his camera again, ready to capture the footage of the reaction instead of admitting that he said that without thinking it. He muttered:

Be careful...
35
Then... Love and kindness toward each other will be a necessity if we want to have a group full of happy ponies...

Looking at the scene, Creepy facehoofed. Twice.

I know I said that I wanted less ponies to be sad, angry or whatever bad feeling, but knocking out the unhappy ones isn't the answer...

He stood up and yelled.

Medical assistance requested! We have somepony down! Then, smiling. And stay away from the walls, they're foes, not friends!
36
Laying close, biting his lip a few seconds before whispering.

Do you mean that, even if they hide it or seem angry, nearly everypony here could end up having a mental breakdown? That's worse than what I thought...
37
Staying close all the while, even after stopping to hug.

Call me quixotic if you want, but I'm sure we can get along. There's evil and there's good, but neither good nor evil isn't tainted with its opposite. And as long as there is at least a small part of good in everypony here, we can find a way to tolerate each other, in a positive way...

He sighed softly, then started to smile and gently patted Shade's back with one of his wing.

Also, as long as you are sad yourself, I can't let you know when sadness is over! But... Do me a favor and explain the "suffering". Does somepony inner turmoil affected you? More than anypony else, I mean.

((Could ponies sliding into a box cheer you up?))
38
((Creepy hug! Thank you! :D
))

After a few seconds, Creepy opened his eyes, saw Dream and released her, mumbling some excuses. Everything seemed to be getting worse and worse... He did not know what to do, so, at the end, he left her singing to ease tensions and he focused on the sad ponies, starting by Shadow, doing what he knew the best to comfort somepony: hugging.

Please don't loose your faith in ponynity... (("Humanity" ponified sounds weird.)) I'm sure that when used at the right time, your music can be of great help...
39
((It's past 00h45 am here, I'm going to bed early this night. I'll see who answered at around 9 in the morning!  :) As a simple reminder, the hugging post is page 34. Everypony should have read everything, but I know that everypony can't be expected to remember the number of the page of every single detail. ))
40
((I guess this hug is minor enough for allowing a flashback without inducing paradoxes... It's not like that would change anything important, like revealing the answer of the universe or changing the self-esteem of a character.))
