4. All other Hayao Miyazaki films

These are really the only movies I have watched more than once. Also the only ones I own.
Several others get honorable mentions, like Star Wars and Robocop.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles has a chest in Xirethard called the Dark Chest of Wonders.
Which is a song from Metalband Nightwish.

One could be sceptic and say it is coincidence but it contains the Ring of Oceanborn.
Which is an album from Metalband Nightwish.

GREAT SCOTT!! I never made that connection! I just sat there and thought, "Now why would they name this chest?"
Nightwish references in Shivering Isles....sneaky Bethesda.

I'ma go listen to Dark Chest of Wonders now.

classical western (beethoven, mozart, chopin)
classical east asian (classical chinese peipa, japanese shamisen, etc)
videogame music (Ookami etc)
movie music (LoTR music)

I'm very much a fan of opera and musical theater, with some classical thrown in there. Plus whatever genre the Beatles and Disney music belong to. I do like some rock and pop, along with some country and a tinsy bit of pop, but I'm not very into "modern" songs.

I listen to pretty every kind of genre of music.

I'm glad to see so much musical open-mindedness. It reinvigorates my faith.
As one who pursues musical mastery, I listen to everything. Every piece of music presents a learning opportunity.

Oh dear god this.

Halfway to somewhere in Asia I was in an airport, either in Japan or South Korea, but you know how they normally have security and customs right there when you go to board?
Not in this airport! After already going through customs and security in the previous country, I had to go through them again.
Security was right outside the gate. Customs was on the opposite side of the airport. HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE!?
Was nearly late, despite sprinting from one side to the other. Spent a half an hour at each.

You know what? Airports. Airports in general go on this list. And Air Bus flights.

YES! Best thread EVAR. I'm a FF music fanatic. I have most every OST from four to ten, and even a couple of pieces from twelve, which had very little Nobuo in it.

It's really hard to pick a favorite tune, but this one is close.
