so i guess if you bend the definition of "mmo" a bit...

But it´s different in a MMO, because if a player buys power you may not even be aware of it, you might never see this player, perhaps not even be on the same server, but in TF2, the server where the premium players are, are usually the largest server with the most players on, and are the most fun to play on because so many random things happen on them. So it effects the game more.

I haven´t played a mmo in which you can donate to buy power, and I´ve played plenty of mmos, I have played mmos with premiums though, those are the worst.

I tend to avoid MMO's where you can buy items that improve your performance in game with real money. That's just unfair and should be punished by banishment to the moon.

Agreed. I assume stuff like that is mostly the province of shady Korean MMOs, although I'm sure there are others. 

I´m not playing any MMOs at the moment, but here´s another example: In Team Fortress 2, there´s some servers where you can buy premium accounts on, and if you do that you´ll get cheats on that server, such as unlimited ammo, don´t have to reload their guns, more health and not being able to catch on fire, and those are just some of the cheats you can get, but fortunately the people who are premiums, they are terrible at the game even with the cheats, so they are just a little bit harder too kill.

Indeed, and if it ever becomes Pay-to-win they will most likely be sued, though they might accept donations to keep up the servers once the game is up.

Donations are okay, you don´t buy power if you donate.

Welcome Ahaut!! And im kind of hesitant too, but the thing is if i had to choose a race and stay with that..it would be a Griffin 
I guess imagination will come handy 
Dont know why but i dont like unicorns that much, i like the idea of the unicorns in battle (long ranged)  and my favourite pony is Rarity. 
But i dont know  , i still have to think a unicorn OC that i like.

Anyway...welcome! 

I've never heard of this possibility. Griffon in LoE? Hmm...

There will be no griffins, the FAQ clearly states it. I had my OC over a year now, and I didn´t even think about not choosing earth pony.
