Seriously, with the game being free anyone could just waltz in and...well...break about the whole rule book on one fell swoop.

It's a good idea, but the trolls would ruin it for everyone.

I actually am kinda glad of this sometimes, I'd rather eat the cardboard slop then the peanut butter my Mom can get.
It's "Natural" so it has a pool of grease up top and you need to stir it, it doesn't taste anything like peanut butter and just ruins the whole thing.

But regardless of my luck, yes...people should give nice stuff at food banks.

C'mon, role players. The quality of your character isn't about how super powerful, godlike, or "important" you can make them. Writing is a lot deeper than that. Nobody like role playing with god-mode characters. It's just not fun nor original.

I can not agree more, I take pride that in LOTRO I'm just a Man from Rohan who has a small band of bandits like Robin hood's merry men. (Seeing as I do have a small group NPC's that do my bidding!)

And as for my MLP ponysona, the only odd thing about him I actually have in real life.
I take pride in the fact that he's pretty "Backgroundy".

Well my computer had a major disk error, it seems to have recovered well, and I think the problem's fixed, but now for some unknown reason Skype puts me on online mode when I start it up for the first time.

I don't want some people knowing I'm online, okay?
I don't want to talk to them, I don't want them to see me.*
I just want to talk to the people I want to, and sneak online when I feel like it...

Stupid Skype...I don't even have privacy online now.

* ("Them" referring to a specific person, not all of them, love most of the other people, so no worries!)

Well, you're forgetting this game is in Alpha.
(I think it just got out of Pre-Alpha? Not sure...)
They just put this stuff together so we have something pretty to look at while we test the game.
It's like putting a random steering wheel on a car with a random dashboard, it may not look as good as other cars, but the car's half made, they're just testing the engine/tires/ext.

Same thing applies here.
They're just testing the coding, seeing if the servers can take the load, blah blah blah.
You get the point.

Slow download speeds... I decided to try and download the game for the OSW.. Guess what? My download speed is at 13.4ksomethings/s... Hooray for middle of nowhere internet. I won't be seeing you guys for the next 3 days. As the chat will be down and I will have no reason to be here..

So, deviantART has updated it's symbol thingy to that weird t shapped cross thingy.

Isn't it time we update our deviantART symbol at the top of this page too?

I mean...I know a lot of people don't like it, but sorry...it is their symbol now.

If you won't update it then I just suggest taking it down seeing as LoE's deviantART hasn't been used in years.
That's another thing, maybe get the LoE deviantART group up and running again? But yeah, that takes a whole lot more work then just changing a picture, so I understand if you don't do that.

But all in all, to show our players we're actually here and working on stuff it's a good idea to keep everything as new as we can.
Seeing as it's hard to know stuff's being done when we can only see the work every couple months, it'll just help the new players a bit.

tl;dr
Update the deviantART symbol so that we look hip.

I have to steer clear of creepypasta sites and videos after hours. I've heard some pretty awful stories about things people came across on the deep web that I can't tell are true or not. Makes one not want to poke around on the deep web, there are some things I just don't want to see. Ever.

Not that it takes a lot to scare me. I can be left sleepless by literally 2 sentences.

Internet Post: "I was sitting at home alone when I smelled a fart...I didn't fart."

Me: Frickin' terrified.

I just stick to places like deviantART or LoE.
I mean...if I want to be scared I'll like go downstairs at 5AM, we have a lot of creepy noises...
But you couldn't pay me enough to go to those "deep web" places...
No amount of money can make you forget the stuff there, it's just not worth it to me.



What annoys me? Not knowing how to use my DAW at all...I don't even know if it's a decent DAW or not.
It's said that your DAW doesn't matter, and what matters is knowing how to use it correctly...but I have no inelegance in this area!

I'm so bad at music writing I couldn't even make something like a derpy song about quills and sofas...
I'm not going to throw in the towel...but maybe a washcloth for now...nah, I'll keep trying...

I went and god my sleep schedule all jacked. I should be sleeping 3AM-9AM, but I've been sleeping 9AM-3PM for a while now. I need those daylight hours to get stuff done.

Ugh, I know how that feels...
I've wrecked my schedule so badly that I'm getting up at 8PM and I hate it...

You know you're lazy when 50% of your coworkers speak spanish as a first language, yet you still haven't bothered achieving fluency in spanish.

Better break out the Rosettastone soon, I'm pretty sure I have to be bilingual to get leadership positions.

It's America, the only language you need to know is English.
It's not lazy to not know the other stuff...Though this is coming from the foal who tried to learn Elvish, so...maybe I'm not the best pone to listen to...

Oh great, baby gecko crawling on my wall. Tell me I don't have a gecko infestation. It's not so much the geckos themselves that I mind, but what they eat. If they like it here then it must mean there's ample food in the area...and cockroaches are their favorite snack.

No roaches, please. I'll let the geckos stay as long as they want if they make sure I remain roach free.

There's a lot of things that annoy me...
Sadly most of which I can't mention, not because of forum rules, but because the way life works...
It's a complected mix of emotions that no one would understand unless they were a mirical(I suck of spelling, yes) of a person.

I let so many people down it seems, how? Again...another one of those "Unspeakable" life rules...
