Race: Pegasus
Pelt: It is a nice white color.
Mane/Tail: messy, dark brown.
Eye Color: Royal Blue
Cutie Mark: A sword to show his skill in combat and his love for adventure.
Physique: He is stronger than the average pony, but not much bigger.
Clothes: He wears a black, casual clothes so he can protect his skin better and move around easily.
Likes:He loves adventure and helping ponies out. He will do about any job, with or without pay.
Dislikes: Even though he like to help them, he doesn't really like talking to ponies. He will talk when asked a question or talked to, or when he is in an excited or good mood. He gets irate when somepony is harassing another, but he doesn't know why. He dosen't like talking about his past. He also strongly hates losing.
Fears: He fears failure when out on an adventure, failing to save someponies life whenever it is at risk.
Flaws: He can sometimes under-estimate himself. He thinks doing that will help him be less arrogant. He also can get reckless when he can't think straight during adventures, he has almost gotten himself killed by doing so.
Greatest Weakness: Strong emotions can usually bring him to his knees.
Family: He is an only child, his mother is currently living in Cloudsdale and his father is retired in Canterlot.
Friends: He has a room-mare, her name is Solar Spark, she is a unicorn. She has a long, yellow mane and tail, she has a tan-ish pelt along with bright green eyes. Her cutie mark is a fire ball, representing her skill in fire magic.

Flare Chaser is a logical thinker, he can usually think fast unless under extreme stress. He can be heroic and brave, although, doubts himself sometimes. He has a silver tongue but he only uses it when he is investigating something and needs information. He has a large vocabulary. He isn't very emotional, although, he can have mental problems when something has gotten complicated in an emotional way.
History
Section 1: School
Flare Chaser wasn't the most talkative one in school, being one of the only pegasi did have it's ups and downs though. He was picked on for being different, nut not just because he was a pegasus, but because he was quiet. He never really cared, sometimes he would laugh at the irony of how he is more intelligent than a filly-Canterlot unicorn at his age (he is eight years old). Although, he was the last one of them to get his cutie mark. He also didn't want anyone to know his father was in the military, and a high ranking officer. He felt it might cause even more attention to himself.
One day though, he decided to be more observant, he noticed he wasn't the only one who was being picked on. He already knew other students were getting bullied, but he never really thought much of the idea, but seeing it made him angry and frustrated for some reason he didn't know of. He stood up and walked towards the scene, pushed other fillies out of his way, and began to calmly stop the pointless bickering with sophisticated words. Even though he wanted to chew out the bully, he kept his composure.
Section 2: Family
Flare Chaser's father was in the military as one of Celestia's greatest officers. His mother was just a house wife, cleaning the house and giving him and his father support. Although, after Flare Chaser gained his cutie mark, his parents have been fighting. His mother kept going on about how his cutie mark will lead to his death, but his father argued that his cutie mark represents who he is and his destiny. (By the way, Flare Chaser was 12 years old when this happened.) He hated the fighting, it was nearly constant, this brought extreme emotional pain to him, he began talking to himself, hearing voices, saying that it is his fault they are fighting. Eventually, his mother and father got a divorce, Flare Chaser was nearly completely insane. He was practically tossed to and from between his parents every week. He then felt something inside his head. His mind was full of thoughts suddenly, seeing and remembering memories as vivid as a crystal. His mind went back to rest, he could see clearly again. When he was old enough (18 years old), Flare Chaser went to Canterlot and joined the military. He served for six years and went to Ponyville to look for adventure, he heard there has been a lot happening ever since Nightmare Moon was defeated, so after he helped with the Changling Inscedent, he resigned. He met an old friend there, Solar Spark, they became room-mares and helped each other out with work and such. Now, we have caught up with the presant.
