I'm sure I'll meet her again, the Dreamworld and spirit world do cross every so often... But it looks like you have some business to attend to. If you want to know where I sent you, just come find me... I'll probably have a house in this reality soon enough, if only to help with coming and going. I've seen what happens when I just "materialize" anywhere.

He chuckles.

I did, there was no way of knowing whether or not Lare would have changed... I've seen completely docile ghost become ravening specters before... But it still saddens me a bit to take away the moment of freedom she had had... No matter, I need to find Mustangia and see if I can find where Lare lived.

Takes a deep breath, calming his nerve. He dearly hopes he is wrong and this spirit is friendly... Not like the ones he faced while wandering the realities.

Would you mind returning there?

He slightly moves his haunches in preparation to act if she reacted violently.

"Sir, we're detecting a spatial anomaly! It's unlike any we've encountered before!"

Near Canterlot in the Celestia-Luna ruled Ponyverse a small gateway rips open, pushing reality aside. A red unicorn emerges from the rift, his horn glowing a light-gray color. The rift closes up like a healing wound.

"And that," sighed the Wanderer, "would be one of your visitors, Feather."

The Director smiled grimly.  "Let's not disappoint.  General, we will continue this conversation later.  In the meantime, would you kindly welcome our guest for us?

The General nodded briskly and began shouting orders.
