"Let's get cracking then!" Tator says going to a shallow, open body of water.
Tator's eyes glow bright green and black amorphous blobs appear, outlined in the same light green.
They begin to change shape and size, matching that of Zaner's Chao.
When finished forming, the silhouettes fade, revealing several dozen chao. The green aura around them fades and the chao look around mindlessly.
"They are almost finished. They lack emotion and the ability to think"
