I can't remember where, but I've heard it said that the most unrealistic part of FiM is the lack of social stratification between the three races.

Personally, I'd still love the cartoon.

Perhaps not for long... I don't know all the relevant statistics, but I'd guess that without the bronies, the show would be much less commercially successful, and thus less likely to continue for a long time.

In seriousness, I'd kind of prefer Bard or Minstrel to Songmaster, just 'cause the former two sound more musically diverse.

I didn't play RS for long, but I have some fond memories of when I did play it. For example, the first time I started playing (at least six years ago, btw) I was killing a cow, and a level 50-ish dude in fancy-looking armor ran up to me. He stood there for a long time. I figured he was typing something really long, so I killed the cow and then waited for him to say whatever he was going to say.

Then: "newb!!!!!!!!!!!! f u !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

That was my first introduction to the wonderful world of MMO communities.

I dunno... I really like ET's style, from a non-technical point of view. The colors used are awesome - it has kind of a twilight-ish (no pun intended) look to it.

I agree that LoE fits the show's style much more accurately though.

If I recall correctly, they ordered 13 episodes from one studio. Doesn't mean there won't be more in the season - they'll just be done with different teams or something.

Sounds like it could be cool... just keep in mind that as we know almost nothing about gameplay so far, there's a good chance that half of those roles won't be possible or relevant. Even if they are, I imagine most people wouldn't want to limit themselves to a single role.

But like I said, it's cool!

I am a vegetarian, but sometimes a crave.... meatball subs.

Besides, some of the nutrients we need comes from meat. Besides, plants are living things too. And animals eat each other all the time.

a) that's not the only place to get those nutrients, b) plants don't have brains and are not conscious, and c) carnivorous animals need to eat others to survive. Just sayin'. 

Confession: I always felt kind of guilty for being able to eat vast quantities of food without getting fat.

For some reason, I'm tending towards "Amon is Tarrlok"; I just don't know why.
Amon said that he wears a mask because he was disfigured by a Firebender so, even thought we only have Amon's word for that, it'd be nice if Tarrlok's anti-Equalist force, or even Korra, Bolin and Mako did some research on this, but it'd probably turn up nothing (because Tarrlok is Amon!!!eleventy!).

Funny, I was just starting to think that too.  If they were the same person, then Amon/Tarrlok could get more Equalist supporters by being a bad council member.

I'm hoping we're wrong; it would seem a little contrived.

I was looking around and I found a game called "Equestria Online" but only the demo is available. I haven't tried it as of yet, though it looks quite good. To be honest, I don't even know if it is multiplayer in the demo, but once it's downloaded I'll check and reply back.   

The LoE team is comprised of ex-EO members. EO fell apart for assorted reasons, and will not be completed.

Minor point, but I'd be kind of ticked off if I failed a trivia question even though I gave the right answer, so - the owl's name is spelled Owloysius, according to assorted official stuff. And the third princess is spelled "Cadance", which seems kind of silly to me, but there you go.

...But Lauren Faust spells it differently again from the rest of the show: "Owlowiscious". This is one conflict you can't win. 

Anyway, perhaps you could work in some Changeling-related questions, or just more villain stuff in general?
