I might be becoming a pre-reader for Equestria Daily! I submitted an application and they liked it for the most part and asked me to do a trial review on a few pieces. There's nothing final yet, but I should be hearing from them soon. Hooves crossed!

May you have the good luck to not get too many awful fanfics, or the stamina to withstand them if you do.

There are always some good freeware things; if you like Metroidvanias, you could check out Cave Story (which you probably already have, but still) and Iji (lesser known but very good).

Agreed, and a bit of early deception can be entertaining. My favorite manga starts out as a cheerful story about a young girl who finds a cute magical creature and goes on adventures with it and meets new friends, then becomes permanently horrific and depressing three chapters in.

The fact that I'm a weird gamer and play games depending on my mood, sometimes I feel like playing platformers then sometimes it could turn into a different genre or just change again. I could be interested in one genre for awhile then suddenly feel like a different genre the next day or just end up chatting on the forums instead or watching TV.

Nothing wrong with that, IMO.

Or the big amount of Legolas, Legölas, Legolazz, ... and generic names people seem to need to take it even by ticking it. 

I used to know a guy in WoW who would think of really obnoxious and terrible character names, then create characters with those names and never play them... just so no one else could use them. Cool guy.

I lost my tooth 

Man, one time after I lost a tooth, I started feeling pressure building up one of my gums, and it was pretty painful, until the new tooth popped through with an audible stabbing sound. (Okay, that was redundant, but I still think it's interesting.) That memory is my smile for today.  (along with my guinea pig)

I was getting the feeling (several pages ago) that most of the mods here would be pretty disgruntled if they read this thread; luckily for you, they tend to avoid the behemoths.

Most annoying thing in a video game for me is how Lydia in skyrim always gets lost.

Lydia is pretty dumb. I mean, when I take her into a fight against bandits on my Redguard character, she always yells "Skyrim belongs to the nords!" and other stuff like that, despite the fact that I'm not even a Nord. Not the wisest or most tactful time to demonstrate your massive racism, Lydia.

Before I got my Xbox 360, I was really excited about using the name "xXDestroyerXx" I was shocked to find out it was taken! (I was joking there)

Okay, now stuff like that does still make me mad... in my WoW days, I always winced when I saw names like "Theeliteone" and "Xx<something>xx". On occasion it became so bad that it actually looped around and became hilarious, like when I saw someone named "behindyou" and then "behindyouu". The first one ticked me off, but the second one made me laugh; who would possibly think that that was such a brilliant name that they had to have it, even if it meant mangling it?

I can't stand it when people use "u" and "r" in place of "you" and "are", I used to do it, but I stopped it a few years ago, now I hate it when others do it.

Yeah, it's strange... when I first started interwebbing at the age of 12 or so, that really ticked me off. After a few years, I started thinking it was funny, and did it sometimes just to mess with people; now I just think it's moderately annoying.

How every teacher/TA/etc who grades papers seems to have different ideas about what correct style is. Apparently my current TA hates semicolons, which I love  aforementioned TA also liked that essay enough to publicly say how great it was, which kind of makes up for it

I'm not that really superstitious of 13 I mean think about it everyone turns 13 when they get older someday and if it were bad luck every one who was 13 would have had a miserable year that entire year.

Almost all of us here have turned 13 at some point. We're unlucky...
