Introductions Archive / Introducing...

Hi there, I came here after seeing the video on Fluffymixer about this MMO, after seeing many MLP-related projects, I'm interested to still see this online. Unfortunately I seem to have missed the beta, and as someone who likes to know more about things by trying them, it seems a shame. (I've participated in more betas than I can even remember any more, currently enjoy Wildstar)
My main reason for coming here is because I'm interested in signing up for the team if I like the project, but without a chance to try and see it for myself at the moment, I can only scratch my head and hope this project can survive the Hasbro Lawyer reign of Terror.
I have done everything from Film Studies and 3D CGI at college and university, to programming as a hobby, and level design/developer networking in my free time. Nothing really concrete, but I most enjoy design/directing/level design areas.
I'm not a big fan of the show, it's definitely geared towards American pre-teens and holds some of the same values that really don't translate over here in the UK. And sometimes there's low entertainment value, especially in later series. But I do keep a copy on my server to watch when needed.
The one thing I do like is the MLP:FiM universe and concepts and the idea of just playing with it and in it to create new scenarios and stories.
I tend to consider myself a mix of (in order of greatest amount) Fluttershy
, Derpy 
and Twilight Sparkle 
. I am an extremely shy, massive clutz with a bit of geekiness in there with a love for Sci-fi and computing.
Somehow I've lost my Rarity and gained some Applejack somewhere since my last test last year.
