Resolved Issues / The game won't launch

I've a bit of a problem : I've downloaded the game, but when I click on loe.exe to start the game, this message shows up :
But the data it's talking about IS in the ZIP folder !
And when I try to move the folders to C: , he tells me "Unspecified error"
Please, HELP ME !

Let's introduce myself then 
I'm a 16-year-old geeky french girl living in... France obviously
I watch MLP since a year and I absolutely love it, so when I heard that a MMORPG about MLP would be soon released, I couldn't resist.
So basically... Agh, dunno what to say... My favorite pony is Pinkie Pie (followed by Derpy
) and I watch plenty of TV shows (Sherlock, Doctor Who, Miss Fits, Downtown Abbey, Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory...).
I like jazz, rock'n'roll, classic, some dubstep... And cookies ! (What do you mean by "It's not music"?
)
We'll then, I think it's not that bad... It's the very first time I come in an English forum, so please be tolerant... Oh, but silly me, we ARE love and tolerance !
