Resolved Issues / Forum Doesn't Support Mobile

I have a knack for finding bugs like this it seems. 
Although I do get a webpage, it isn't the forum.
Instead I get a page that talks about the Taptalk Application, which I assume is the software that is used to support the forum.
This issue applies to both iOS and Android on all browsers.
If you guys need visual proof, just ask.
I am familiar with HTML and CSS, and limited in Javascript, but unfortunately, I have never worked on mobile websites. I wish I could help further, but this is all I can do as a normal user (not to mention a newbie).

Update:
I took a look at Resolved Issues and found that the mobile version was moved to the tapatalk app. However, this move WAS NOT exactly properly documented. Additionally, if such a move is made to a mobile application, the webpage should load an "Open in Tapatalk" or "Install Tapatalk" on the mobile device, not a bunch of test links, which is what I see when I load it on my mobile devices.

Introductions Archive / Newbie Ready to Game and Ready to Help Finish Making the Game!

Hey there.
I heard about this game a while back, but have been too busy to pay much attention to it until now. So now I am joining in on the fun!
Here's a few fun things you guys are free to discuss:
A.) I love games like this, cause you never know what to expect out of them. My question is, if this game requires a download, does it also require an install, and how big is it?
B.) Since I am going into computer engineering, I would love to help complete the game. I am knowledgeable in Java, C, HTML and CSS, plus I have an array of programs including Adobe Master Suite 5 and FL Studio for music (I compose in my free time, usually for TB or for fun). As far as work experience, I have dealt with HTML and CSS the most. If the guys who are hiring want a resume, just let me know below.
C.) Check out the other things I do in the links provided with my personality below. Much is to come soon for my YouTube Channel, so keep an eye out for that.
