Names Golgo I'm 25, from Vancouver, BC Canada.
I work as a security guard and have been one for almost 6 years and I love what I do even the copious amounts of paper work and boring phases where it's dead quiet and nothing is going on...less paper work though
I treasure all my friends that I make. This world is a dark place with many unloving people in it and knowing the feeling I don't want anybody to be alone or feel unwelcomed that's why I love my little pony and Pinkie Pie. My favorite things are comics [Marvel: Deadpool and Punisher/DC: Teen Titans and Justice League.] Movies [I worship Quintin Tarantino and love old Disney. The hand drawn stuff.] Music: [Anything that sounds good when I say sounds good I mean I can get throgh without cringing.] Pets: [Two bearded dragons, Gummy and Yummy, A dog Coal. And two cats. Pookie and Smokey.]
-How I became a brony..the transformation from a cynical jerk to a new found fandom-
My step into the pony fandom came in a ironic fashion a girl I was dating at the time loved it and I had been abit of a bit butt teasing her about liking 'A little girls show' and went out of my wall to torment and bother her. She was unphased and kept her stride..I kept thinking " What's wrong with this chick." Normally everything I did bothered her from leaving the toilet seat up or forgetting to lock the door on the way out. Needless to say one day I decided to look inside the fandom and see what I can skew and warp around to get under her skin..the first episode I watched " Party Of One." had me laughing but curious..how could a little show for girls be so funny? So I watched the first episodes and continued along til by the end of the first week in May [I started May 1st 2012] I had become hooked on the series and craved more. On the bus heading to work I saw my ex girlfriend board the bus I then practically got on my knee and apologized for being a big butt and told her how stupid it was of me to insult..and that's when she told me. " Sorry Golgo, I like Adventure Time..ponies are for kids." Those words still linger and burn deep inside..I know better not to be a big butt and for that I never judge anything by looks alone. And becareful for what you say..it just might bite you on the flank.
