"Affirmative." She turned to Twilight. "I have calmed down my responses due to the distress they seemed to cause you, goddess. I believe we are now at the point where we will be able to operate as a team. I am ready to depart as soon as you command, Stormy Skies."
2
"Star and Lyra are in trouble?!" Twilight said fake-surprised. "I would have never guessed." She sighed. "Of course I'll help. Technologically advanced, you say? If you say that, I'd be anxious to see what they have. It sounds like quite the adventure." She looked to 2-2-5. "As much as I would love to find out more about you, the three questions already asked that you haven't answered yet come to mind along with several others, we don't have the time right now. So, can we trust you to help us?"

"I will follow the orders of my end user. I am not required to follow orders from you, goddess, but I will not harm you in any way, even if ordered too. I have updated Star and Lyra to 'friends of Stormy Skies' status, and will not harm them unless directly ordered to." She pauses. "I'm learning."

((Wait, now it makes even less sense! Stormy's never suggested any loopholes!))

((And fixed within thirty seconds. Never mind.))
"I do not believe I will." 2-2-5 said. "Still, I appreciate the concern."
4
((What you said still makes sense anyway, so it's all good!))

"Your command has order four. It can therefor not affect the operation of any command of higher order." This time, she sounded slightly annoyed. "You are an android, yes? Are you not capable of logic? If four can not have an effect on three, two, or one, why would you ask me to have four make an effect on three, two, and one? I just said that that did not work."

"1.)To protect the god-princess of the sun, Celestia, and all of her goals. 2.)To shun the god-princess of the night, Luna, and do anything possible to hinder her goals. 3.)To be reverent to the god-princess of harmony, Twilight, and show her all respect due to her efforts of neutrality.4.)To follow the orders of my end user, without question or pause. 5.)To defend the ponies of the solar empire against the encroaching darkness of the lunar republic." She paused. "These five objectives, listed in order, may only be broken to follow an objective of higher order. They comprise my 'primary objective', and may not be superseded by any command. As following the orders of the end user is fourth, the only of the primary objectives you may overrule is the fifth."

"You will show me reverence by following her commands!" Twilight shouted suddenly. "Now following Stormy's commands should be ranked three, right?" She paused. "Wait. That doesn't help. I can only bring it up to be equal with mine, and I'm on the level directly above her. That does literally nothing." She sighs. "Darn."

"It would only be active when I am in your presence, goddess." 2-2-5 said. "Please, forgive me, but I have very limited control over the situation."

((Yeah, she could, but it wouldn't do too much!))

"Hey, anyone else notice something suspiciously missing from that list?" Star's voice came from your chest.

"Wha-?" Twilight took a step back. "What is your voice doing in Stormy?"

"Radio! Don't worry about it. Seriously, guys. I said four minutes. I've heard the whole thing. There's still about a minute on that. Look, being that 'perfect companion' thing isn't on the list! All you need to do is order her not to, and she won't. Oh, and as a reminder, she hasn't actually told you her specifications yet. And I'm getting intrested in why you think Twilight is a goddess. It seems like there might be --... miss... --- ssaw----" The voice buzzes and dies.

"I have primary objectives because I was programmed with them. That is all. It is not my choice or design. If I was built to toast bread and had these as primary objectives, then I would toast bread and try to help Celestia all that I could. I do not have a choice in the matter."
6
2-2-5 turns to you. You see her eye color fluctuating rapidly. "End user... Can not... override... primary protocols..." She begins to shake. "Must..."
With a swipe, 2-2-5 kicks your legs out from under you. "Kneel before your goddess!" She says. "She deserves your respect and awe!"
7
((Although... is Stormy really okay with her becoming the 'perfect companion' for Stormy? That seems like a moral issue she might dislike. And, yes, I did this on purpose. That's why I wanted you to give me so much control in the first part. If I hadn't linked the two together... well, it's about 2-2-5, not Stormy, so, sorry! You would have had to make a new character, which I really did not want to have to do. See, what I do makes sense!))
"This library is quite pleasant." 2-2-5 looked around. "Though it is a bit small."
"Oh, it's more of you now." Spike said, rolling his eyes. "What's she? An alien princess from another galaxy with the power to shoot rainbows out of her eyes?"
"Spike! Be kind, she's our guest." Twilight came downstairs, smiling. "Though it is a good question. Who are you?"
"Sorry, Twilight."

As soon as Spike said 'Twilight', 2-2-5's eyes flashed through the entire color spectrum, and she dropped to her hooves in a deep bow. "Forgive my intrusion, god-princess Twilight!"
8
"I have only been alive for thirty-seven minutes." 2-2-5 said flatly. "I have not yet formed a cohesive personality. My learning algorithms are set to create a personality for me which is best sited to my end user. By watching how you interact with other ponies, and how you respond to my interactions, I will become the perfect companion and servant to you. I am programmed to be whoever suits your needs best." She paused. "This should take between twenty-four and thirty-six hours."

"Hey, Stormy!" Twilight's voice called down from the balcony above. "Why are you standing out there in the snow? Come in, please! And who's your new friend?"
9
"..." 2-2-5 looked at Stormy. "What is scanning? I have a spectrograph and I can convert your form into a 3d model by mapping multiple views from my cameras. This would allow me to form a full accurate model of your visual appearance. Is this what you mean?"

((Hate to break it to you, but scanning is one of those things that doesn't actually work. 2-2-5 is really powerful, but she's also realistic - to the point that I know the heat of her plasma jets so that I can accurately calculate her thrust capabilities! Remember, this is the android I came up with over about two years; she's going to be as close to scientifically actuate as possible. It's bad enough that she has a force-field!(Though, technically, we don't think that they are strictly impossible... it's just that I don't know how it's done, unlike most of the other things she has.)
However, this means that, despite the fact that she's 'more advanced', there are certain things that Stormy will be able to do that she simply can't. Ever.))

"They are primarily identifiers... they should say something about you..." She paused.
"Two-Two-Five. It is a very easy identifier, as it is my model number. It has very much to do with who I am, as it is my model number. It is short enough to call, and should be simple enough to remember. I believe it fits all of the characteristics you have described?" She paused. "And I identify myself by it in my own head anyway."

"Reviewing common earth pony names, 990-1030." She began to blink rapidly. You notice small text flashing across her eyeballs.
"Reviewing common earth pony names, 1030-1080." Her eyes began to flash back and forth quicker. "1080-1140... 1140-1200... 1200-1260... 1260-1310.... 1310-1336." She stopped suddenly.
"I have reviewed all of the common earth pony names from thirteen years ago through three hundred and thirty three years in your future. I have come across seventeen possible matches. I require assistance." She looks at you. "Why are names important?"
12
"I will keep any designation which pleases you." She says.
13
"You are my end user. I will follow any and all instructions given to me by my end user without hesitation or question." She states simply.
14
"I am sorry I attacked you. I was under orders from my end user." She pauses, and you see her eyes flash red for a second. "I do not enjoy hurting other ponies."
15
"How... did you turn a radio receiver into a transmitter in a holding cell?" Chestnut said.

"Is that really important right now?"

"A hairpin, a little magic, genus I.Q., and a whole heck of a lot of desperation. It can get you pretty far in a pinch. Don't worry, Stormy, I don't plan on dying just yet. Be careful, though. These guy's are pretty serious. Don't you go getting yourself killed, either, okay?"

"We'll see you soon, then?"
16
((Yeah, but I learned to let go and love the colors! And, yes, but she already knows he's in the facility, and in the time she has, she won't be able to get anything more accurate than that anyway.))
17
"Very annoyed."
"Yeah, we're not calling from the best of situations. You see, we didn't die from, um, Chestnut, but we were still inside the building when they sent in the heavy guns. We got pretty far, all things considered, but, uh..."
"Star's gut lead us to a dead end. We've been captured and they're holding us prisoner, for some reason. Seriously, it would be so much smarter to just kill us! We aren't really too valuable to them."
"Don't say that so loud!"
"Sorry."
"Anyway, she's right. There isn't much reason for them to hold us, so I can't imagine they will for very long. We're okay right now, though. And they don't seem to be keeping too close of an eye on us."

"How are you contacting us?" Chestnut asked.

"Turned the little radio receiver Stormy gave me into a receiver and a broadcaster. Of course, that means I'm burning through the battery like nopony's business. We'll be in contact for.... another four minutes, then that's it. So, if you have something to say, now's the time."
18
"I require specific instructions, but I do not need them constantly repeated." She said, and Stormy detected a slight annoyance in the end of her tone. "I do not wish to give you false hope, Stormy Skies. I have 99.4% certainty on 'Lyra' being dead, and 98.2% certainty on 'Star'. I will find them and bring them to you, dead or alive, while minimizing all additional damages."

There is a shock of static in your ear.

"What's that about a 98.2 percent chance of me being dead?" A tinny but recognizable voice said, coming from your radio receiver. "I think you might need to buff up your confidence intervals."
19
You began to decelerate ((Oh, god, please don't kill me! I know it's negative acceleration, but that just sounds bad in a story!)) soon after. She lands you softly outside of the library.
20
"Of course." She begins to accelerate. You feel heavier. There is a crash, as she breaks the sound barrier. "We will be arriving in the Ponyville general library in one minute"
