If you are behind a router and your wifi is private, disable your firewall temporarily to see if it fixes issues!
^^ Don't do that on public wifi or public internet ^^

Also most antivirus software has its own firewall nowadays -> Check that before it catches you up!
Also I'd suggest disabling IPV6 in networking, it can cause loads of problems, especially if your ISP tunnels IPV6 (AT&T).

Check your MTU for fragmenting : windows -> WINKEY+R , cmd then ping -f -l 1472 www.legendsofequestria.com
mac users -> open terminal and type in: ping -D -s 1472 www.legendsofequestria.com
if you get pings back 100% - good to go! If you get something like "Packet needs to be fragmented but DF set" then see this website: windows: https://support.zen.co.uk/kb/Knowledgebase/Changing-the-MTU-size-in-Windows-Vista-7-or-8
or mac: https://support.purevpn.com/how-to-change-mtu-value-on-mac
VPN users will know about MTU!

If having problems with MacOs or 10.11 try this:
unzip LOE*.zip
I had to open terminal
then goto downloads : cd downloads
then go inside LoE.app : cd LoE.app
then go inside Contents: cd Contents
then go inside MacOS: cd MacOS
then finally
chmod -R 755 LoE
and the Loe.App is runnable now!
Btw, I had to use Firefox to get the mega.nz site to download, safari 10.0 was not having it with their download service!

you have to go to system preference , then security, then unlock the key lock and allow all programs to be run!
otherwise it will refuse to run!

Applying the patch to the download makes the post-login page stick! SAME problem that CMC SCOOTALOO POSTED! But x64 bit version! The patch is bad!
