Primarily pop-punk, metal (folk, power, and doom), and alt rock. I almost exclusively listen to vocal oriented music, mostly geared towards  or operatic esque stories. In general I would say I'm not to fond of most mainstream music. /hipster

I don't dislike rap or country. I just rarely listen to them due to the fact I don't like most of it.

most of the guards seem to be royal guards though, which you'd think would be under control of the princesses?

It does make sense for the sisters to have control over the Royal Guard, and we saw them blocking the entrance to Sugarcube Corner in Bird in the Hoof. Which implies that the princess is in need of some sort of "protection". Or, alternatively playing off the peaceful nation theory, they could just be founded on tradition. That once many years Celestia was in need of constant protection, but is no longer so.

Garlic and eggs are disgusting.
Heavy cream ends up as a nasty solid when baked for long.
Melting cheese can end up VERY oily.
Oreos and honey mustard will make you physically ill.

I personally started dipping fries in milkshakes after a Kim Possible episode showcased it. Makes me ponder if y'all saw that one as well.

Great song, you can hear that it's not the average Stoner-riff but that they have something extra.
Also a nice video.

@Cresto: I actually did post a song, 2 even. One for -18 and one for +18.
So the same as my previous post.

I saw the spoilers just due to the line I thought they were part of your signature. Derp.

Quite a pleasant song. Heartily enjoyed the drumming. Can't think of anything I necessarily disliked about it. I wasn't quite in the right mood for it though. So the riffs didn't hit me that well.

Well, I used to play bassoon a lot... how could you ponify a bassoon? Maybe make it look like the Party Cannon or something?

...Actually, that could be pretty cool.

I know nothing about bassoon construction so please correct me if I am wrong.

From looking at a couple pictures it looks like if you could disassemble it to just the wooden rod, you could paint that. Would be a bit difficult due to size. But, workable.

Spoiler: show

Really wish I could remember the artists of these pictures.

From our official knowledge of the show. I'm guessing Luna doesn't have that much "power", but I would also speculate neither does Celestia.

So far all we've seen of any government is local (Mayor Mare). I'm guessing as incredibly peaceful of a nation as Equestria is though really don't have much need for more obvious forms of government such as police forces. Of course, since Ponyville is a relatively new town (maybe about fifty-sixty years) with a pretty small population they probably haven't had much a need for a police force. Who knows though, maybe crime is almost non-existent and can be handled entirely by the citizens.

On the note of the Mysterious-Mare-Do-Well. I'm pretty sure the stallion in the uniform is a security officer, most likely to keep the patients who are not as mentally well (Screw Loose) from leaving.

Since Little Judas forgot to post a video also doing Robot Rock.

Due to the repetition I found it difficult to listen to. It's not bad stylistically or mix wise. Just boring.

Warning: Video contains excessive amount of PBR.

I've never ordered a custom guitar, because I don't play guitar, but Julius is right there are tons of places that do custom guitars. I'm sure most of them also paint guitars.

I actually wouldn't mind some little Applejack apples or Rarity's cutie mark somewhere on an accoustic guitar. Like, maybe on the head or where they are on the acoutijack.

Think stickers would effect the way my Martin would sound?

Nah, musicians put stickers on their stuff all the time.
