Nimbus coughed reddish dirt from his mouth as he sat upright, blinking in the blinding sunlight. Every inch of him felt caked with dry dust, and his throat felt like sandpaper. As his eyes adjusted to the glaring light, he looked around. He was standing in a desert, with a few mountains scattered to his left. While he didn't know where he was for sure, he knew it most certainly wasn't the Unicorn Range, where he last remembered flying around. Come to think of it, he realized, this strange place didn't even look like Equestria! He coughed and instantly regretted it as a sharp pain shot through his parched throat. He had to find water. Once he did that, perhaps he could finally look for some answers. Haltingly, he turned and walked towards the mountains in the distance, too tired to lift his wings. It was shaping up to be a long day.
miku woke up near him huh where am I?
Nova awoke with a strange sensation, and once he opened his eyes fully, he realized he was in water.
"Wha?" Thought Nova.
He realized that his fedora was drifting over head on the surface, and his trench-coat was on. Nova could only slightly recall what he was doing before falling asleep, he was training on how to use his adaptations out of their normal area, and he had trained so hard, he must of passed out on the riverside.
"I need to go topside and find out where i'm at." Thought Nova.
He changed to his water adaptation and propelled himself to the surface by forcing water out around his hoofs. He slowed his ascent and once he breached the water surface, he realized he was in a oasis out in the middle of a desert, and the only other sight was the mountains off in the distance. He retrieved his fedora, which then changed to a blue wave trimmed, dark blue color. He looked over to the shore and saw his lockbox that contained all of his coal, charcoal, and gems from using his coal.
"Well, at least I have my fuel with me, so I don't have restrain from using my energy so much." Whispered Nova.
He slowly walked over to his lockbox, which was under the shade of some lemon and lime trees.
"I should gather some." Thought Nova, for he had a feeling he was not the only one taken to this strange land.
He opened his lockbox, flew up to the nearby trees, and began to pluck some lemons and limes, and placed them on top of the gems, so they wouldn't get any coal dust on them.
"I should signal any ponies to this oasis with a weak Supernova." Said Nova.
He placed two lumps of coal into his mouth, and used them to fuel the nova he was charging, so he didn't need to waste any of his own energy. He flew above the oasis and stored up all the heat from coal, decided that he should swap his fires color to something that wont match the color of the sky, he turned his fire to green, and his fedora and trench-coat changed color corresponding to his new adaptation. Once fully charged, he released all the stored up energy in a weak nova, in the shape of a flat disk, that thinned out at the center as the blast spread across the sky.
Nimbus saw a bright flash in the distance and squinted his eyes. "What the hay?" He turned around and did a double take as he saw a pony nearby. The pony hadn't been there a second ago... right?
"Who are you and why am I out here?" Nimbus asked.
I-I don't know one second I was singing on stage the next I'm here she says
"I hope that got some ponies attention, and they head over here." Whispered Nova.
He decided he would wait for a few hours and probably swap to something more attuned to the surrounding area. So, he changed to a pale brown, his tail went from fire to a sold rock core, with sand flowing all over it, and his mane went from standing strait up to sagging over the side of his neck, and was mainly composed of sand, which dripped of the tip of his mane in many areas.
"This sunlight and heat are perfect for storing some extra energy, especially with this new adaptation." Said Nova.
"Then I suppose we're in the same boat," Nimbus said, coughing. "Did you see that burst of light a moment ago?"
yeah I did maybe somepony set off a flare we should check it out
Blob popped out of thin air unconscious. meanwhile, Brian popped up on the opposite side of the area.

Cecil woke up in a jump holding his head owww my head The hedgehog said
[Meh, I have a human.] Blob wakes up, and sees the group of ponies in the center, and yelling for help. Meanwhile, Brian saw the group of ponies in the center and ran squeezing in fanboy delight. :3
After the first hour passed, Nova was extremely bored. He wanted to wait for any pony that might be on their way, but he also wanted figure out where he was. A few minuets passed and the coal finally completed their heating process, which has the refined coal, which is now a gem due to the extremely high heat and pressure inside Nova, slowly pass through his hoofs.
Feeling them pushing through, he said "I wonder what new gems I shall add to the collection?"
First, a round ruby popped out, then a diamond shaped sapphire. He opened his lockbox and placed them inside. Before closing the box, he realized that he didn't have his courage symbol on him. He figured it was under the secret flap he made under the lid, and he was correct, as he pulled the necklace out of the flap.
"Phew, thought I lost it." Sighed Nova in relief.
He put it on, and then proceeded to lay in the sun, absorbing all the light and heat as extra energy, all the while watching the sun, using it as a clock to count the seconds that passed, waiting for the first sign of other ponies. Then, he heard "Him", laughing.
"So, looks like we're put into another dire situation, hmm? Well, looks like you may need my help again." Said Nova's Evil Spirit.
I suppose, same conditions as last time, i'm sure you remember them." Sighed Nova.
"Oh goody, some more freedom!" Replied his Evil Spirit, laughing as he moved up to Nova's mind.
Cecil looked around not recognizing anyone he got up stretching
Blob arrived at the group. Ok *huff* *puff* where are we. *huff* *puff*
miku was stairing at cecil as her discorded side asked her in her head what is that thing?
Nimbus shook his head, trying to make sure what he was seeing wasn't a mirage. Convinced it wasn't, he spoke.
"Right, let's go find the source of that light."
Blob arrived. "OHMYGODOHMYGODOHMYGOD PONY PONY PONY PONY PONY -Hedgehog?"

Rainstorm was playing in the yard, when he randomly appeared in a strange desert...
"Huh? How did I get here? Wait... Where the heck am I?! I suppose I better make sense of this change of events..." Rain ran in a random direction, and met up with the rest! "Hey! Any of you appear here out of nowhere?"

Rain sighed. "More ponies that cuss."

Cecil rubbed the bridge between his eyes Sonic's reputation precedes him as that He muttered come on now you guys need to calm down And lets figure this out
"All I know is I was playing outside in the rain, and next thing I know, I'm in the land without rain."
"ow... and by the looks of things, this is an alternate reality. I can tell because of the sorta diversity of creatures."
Nova heard it, the sound of yelling, but not only one voice, but more.
"Well, looks like we found our ponies after all!" Said Nova excitedly.
"Hmm, yes, it seams so." Replied Nova's Evil Spirit. "Shall we go and say hi?"
"Yes, I think we should, but we should make something to mark this location, now that its worth leaving for a short amount of time." Said Nova.
He decided to spit into a small hole he dug, that emits a invisible smoke only ponies that have talents with fire. He then proceeded to fly toward the direction the yelling was emanating from. He landed a short distance away from the group, and spoke "Hello all, I assume you all ether awoke here or were teleported here?"
Cecil looked up at Nova I assume you know what is going on please share it with us so we can get somewhere in this whole ordeal
Rain raised his muddy hoof. "Teleported."
Yes please do. "i'd be very happy to hear what is happening."
miku went back to her normal form and collapsed from exhaustion
"Sorry to disappoint, but I know no more than you all do. Only thing i managed to pick up on about this place is that we're definitely not in Equestria anymore."
His Evil Spirit quickly took over Nova's sight and speech abilities
"And I can confirm what he said is true, for I feel less anger and rage here than back in Equestria." Said his Evil Spirit , which his voice is very deep, and angry.
"Hey what did I say about doing that! Your lucky i'm gonna let it slide, only because it will now be a little more easier to explain YOU." Said Nova, out loud.
"what's that voice?"
miku was lieing on the ground passed out
Cecil sighed Well then not the first world I've been to well maybe we should get going somewhere
"Well, its a long story, kinda, but more importantly, I awoke at a oasis, and i'm sure you all are all hot and thirsty, so if you follow me, I shall lead the way."
"Ha! Hot is the understatement of the day! My blood is boiling!"
Nimbus nodded. "You know where water is? Sounds good to me."
well lead the way uhh Excuse me what's your name? Cecil asked

"My name is Super Nova, but you can call me Nova or Star."
Nova pointed his horn in the direction of the oasis before starting to walk in the direction.
"So, any of you see that smoke? Oh and i'll explain my weird reaction when we get there, oh and i'll cary that unconscious one there.
"An oasis? Oh, yes!"
"you seem like the guy who sts things on fire, and laughs afterwards, but you're actually not."
I'll get her NovaCecil said to Nova picking miku up and walking towards the oasis
"Well, thank you, um..." Said Nova.
After a short walk, the oasis appeared.
Rain looked into the oasis. Someone was there... "Shine! You're here too!"
"Rain! Good to see you!"

"O-A-sis-tern. i'm really bored, if you couldn't tell."

"Hmm, I wonder..." Thought Nova.
He readied the spell, and slowly, a one way portal to his hovel opened up. His pet El Chupa looked up, and grew happy at the sight of his master, and charged through the portal, which caused it to close, and pounced on Nova, licking his face.
"I'm happy to see you too." Laughed Nova, once the licking assault stopped.
El Chupa looked up and saw all the other ponies, and thing, and started to growl.
"Whoa, whoa, calm down El Chupa, they're friendly." Said to his pet.
El Chupa stopped growling, but kept a watchful eye on the group of followers.

Nimbus looked around at the large group around him. Just a few moments ago, he'd been alone. Now he was anything but.

"Actually, I like this heat and sun!"

Blob pulled out a fan. "OHMYGOD YOU HAVE THE POWER BIG FAN OF MYSELF!"
Cecil sighed walking to the oasis and standing under a tree leaning onto it well here we are now doe anyone have any materials or magic that can help build a tent for now and a fire he asked
"Nope. Sorry."
"Blob should be able to." Oh yeah! here. Blob pulled out several easy to set up tents.

Nova returned with his pet in tail, and was surprised to see every pony working together.

Blob pulled out a box of matches. "Yesh! PK FIYAH!"
"Well, I could have set it on fire myself, if I change back to normal, but I have some coal to keep the fire going."
Nova's pet began to wander around, investigating the others.
Blob flicked a flaming angel. how he did with hooves, I don't know. "Me! why do you break physics!"
once the suns starts to set we need to make the fire not now Cecil explained putting up the last tent and drinking some water

Cecil shook his head. He walked over to Miku hey how are you feeling he crouched down
a little better but still pretty weak
here Cecil pulled out a bowl filling it with water and bringing it to miku drink up
she sipped the water
Rain flew back down. "Just sand all around. Nuttin' else. So, just a fun quiz, what were you all doing before you teleported in here?"
Cecil sat down with the others thanks RainStorm. I was resting on a couch in a friend's house I was staying at
miku finished sipping the water and said I was playing at a concert in town square
"canterlot high? oh... from that"
"I'm Super Nova, and this is my pet Alpha Were-ling, El Chupa. He may look big and scary, but he's just a softy on the inside, just don't get on his bad side. As for me, i'm not really from the land of Equestria."
Nova felt his Evil Spirit coming up to say something, so he didn't fight back.
"And i'm, what he calls his Evil Spirit, when i'm actually his original soul, yet he keeps denying it, and he was training so hard he passed out, and we woke up here."
Nova quickly took control again.
"How did you- wait never mind."
"I was playing outside in the rain."
"I was sleeping."

Nimbus sat alone, eyes scanning the horizon. By his calculations, there were about three hours of sunlight left, and he knew the desert had a tendency to get cold at night. Turning to the group, he spoke.
"Guys, I think we should get moving. This desert's gonna get cold pretty quickly, and there are some mountains a few miles away. If there's anyone else living here, that's where we'll most likely find them. Maybe then we can figure out why we're all here."
regardless we all have powers Cecil Stated but we could also have been chosen at random Cecil looked at nimbus it is a bad idea to travel the desert at night it get way too cold
also I still don't have enough strength to move miku said
"I don't have special powers, but I have... high tolerance, I guess."
"I'm a demigod. Or are girls demigoddesses? I dunno. But yeah."
Cecil tilted his head back and forth go ahead and make the fire bigger it is starting to become night
Blob summoned firewood.
"Nice job!"
miku sung using her blessed voice making everypony feel stronger
Sensing the sun going down and the cold blowing in, Nova adapted back to his original form, spat some liquid fire at the lit fire, and El Chupa moved over to the palm trees and laid down. Nova joined his pet by the trees, and started to pet him.
Nova said loudly over to the group, "Traveling at night has its ups and downs, but if everyone is willing to travel now, i'm all for it, i'll have El Chupa carry you, Miku."
Cecil waited for Miku to finishthanks for the song Miku he looks over at Nova I've been in deserts at night you don't want to travel unless you have adaptive blood which I doubt all of us have
D: yawn i'm tired.
"Well as you can see, I can adapt appropriately to match or even best my natural surroundings, and i'm adept at protecting others, as is El Chupa."
after the song finished everyone's body's got warmer who needed it

Cecil Shrugged we should probably get to sleep anyways he said looking at the others I wanna keep watch just in case though. go ahead and get some rest all of you He sat up against a rock he moved behind him

I'm fine with that Cecil got comfortable might as well and learn about each other. Where are you from?

They both said, yawning slightly, before falling asleep together.
"Well, i'm from the land everyone is about to head of too, the Dream Realm. I'm a Nightmare, the ones who spread scary dreams, though i'm different, for I hated doing that, which is why I escaped, and here I am today. What about you?"
El Chupa stared off into the distance, something he does when alert.
Dream Realm huh? well never actually had a dream before Cecil said looking at he stars heck I didn't know a single soul for 15 years of my life
"I can relate, I only talked to one pony ever, and that was 9 years ago."
wow I know what that is like Cecil put his hands behind his head
"Then I guess we're sleeping out here tonight," Nimbus concluded. He couldn't help but feel homesick, watching the pale moon rise over the featureless desert, and he knew it would be a long night.
miku woke up in the middle of the night and decided to look at the constellations
Nova realized that Miku had awoken.
"How are you feeling?"
my body is fine but I cant use any magic yet she said as she saw a constellation shaped like a leek and her stomach rumbled
Nova heard the rumbling.
"I have some lemons and limes, but thats it, unless you can eat gems."
no its fine that constellation kinda looks like a leek my favorite food she said
"Oh, ok, but if you change your mind, just call."

I might have some food in my bag Cecil offered to miku

Cecil started to go through his bag anyways I'm actually surprise this is still with me he started to pull out some water bottles that were empty along with some small sancks
mikus hoof seemed off as she said ummm I've got to go be right back she ran off
Blob lay in his tent, trying to sleep. he was tired, but he couldn't lose consciousness. he finally fell asleep, and had a dream where he was Brian. Blob had the dream, vice versa.
everypony heard a scream from where miku ran
Both Nova and his pet, El Chupa were on their feet/hoofs and were running toward the sound of the scream as fast as they could go.
when they arrived thay saw miku except she was a human W-W-WHAT AM I?!?!?!?!?!
Cecil rushed over sand kicking up well this is new change
"Well, M'dear, you're a human. like me. how'd you do that?"

"Well, from what I can remember from a dream I was once in at the dream world, you are a human."
she wore the same clothes as before and she also had a sword in a sheath on her back
You could have met yourself as a human and touched her creating a time paradox where she was never born and in her place was you but it happened in the past you didn't notice it. this could happen if you Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah science blah blah blah blah blah blah blah spacetime blah blah blah blah blah blah blah cookies blah blah blah blah blah.

Nova looked over to Blobking, not understanding a single word he just spoke.

"Wow, thats one big sword you got there."

miku adjusted her grip on the sword I felt a bit odd because she wasint used to hands
"Well, this a strange turn of events."
"Blob dou you have a laptop?" of course! "let me see something. Aha! Earth internet! we're in an alternate timeline of earth."
"It looks fun to be a human!"
"It is. I was one once when I visited Hyrule. But I was more cartoony." ((Other RP reference!))
Cecil just shrugged being human isn't that weird I've never been one myself but I wouldn't really change much
"Earth, huh, well it looks quite, sandy."
Said Nova. He turned to El Chupa, who looked very nervous, bat was easily calmed with some scratching behind the ears.
"Actually, although it is sandy here, Earth's landscape and features are very similar to that of Equestria, except for the existence of humans."
"i'd want to be a pony. magic must be really useful." ...yeah, must be. "oh, yeah. Sorry Blob."
"If you come into Equestria, you'd more than likely become a pony. It's a very nice country... kingdom... whatever. Equestria is technically not the whole world, just one kindom in that world."
you know What I'm tired of this desert Cecil said picking up his bag I'll be back maybe I can find something Nova make sure they are safe
"So, is there any general direction we should head in, when its safe at least, well at least for all of you, I might have been fine, but there is always that maybe. And of course, Cecil."
well I head this way all of you stay here be back before tonight comes Cecil said walking a bit to get away from the group then running kicking sand up and out of sight in a second

Nimbus gazed out at the rising sun. It was the dawn of a new day, and with it, perhaps he could finally find some answers. He stood, walking around the makeshift camp.
"Wake up everypony," he said, "sorry to get you all up so early. We need to head for the mountains today. Organize yourselves and get ready to move out."
(Sorry I was gone for a while. Get ready, because the group's about to be split by circumstances I'm not revealing yet. Also, powerful magic is about to be nullified. This is partially story-driven and partially to bring back the feeling of surviving. Again, prepare accordingly.)
Cecil walked up to Nimbus well this is quite an adventure He stretched his arms out
Nimbus winced. "I really hope it doesn't get too adventurous. I just hope we can find a way back to... wherever we came from."
Nova stretched out his limbs, and realized he lost quite the bit of heat over night, even with the warmth of his pet. He yawned and opened up his lockbox, took a piece of charcoal, and plopped it into his mouth, and slowly started to burn it internally. He stirred his pet, and watched him stretch and yawn, and began to pace around, making sure the parameter was secure.
"Must have passed out. Ugh I feel so sluggish, but once I burn this charcoal, I should be back to average temperature."
Thought Nova.
"I wonder what today has in-store for us."
miku woke up and notaced she had a guitar as well mornin' she said
"Can everypony gather around me?" Nimbus asked, somewhat nervously. He'd taken charge of a few small formations back home, but to be addressing this many ponies was a whole new experience, and its terror was not lost on him.
Nova noticed that Nimbus was taking charge. He had no objections, for he sounds like he has more than capable. Nova walked over to Nimbus.
"You have anything in mind?"
Nimbus nodded. "I do indeed. I flew up last night and had a look around. If we head for the mountains, there's a forest that's nearby- a big one. If we head there, we might find some civilization. If not, at least we have some more shelter from the elements." In the distance, a faint roar echoed over the land. Nimbus bristled. "And protection from whatever's out there."

"Well, the lighter we travel the more time we can make," Nimbus said, "besides, I'm sure there are resources in the forest."

all I have is my katana and my guitar so I'm ready to go miku said both of them strapped to her back
"Just... a few more hours..." Shine moaned in her sleep.
"Get up! How on Earth do you sleep so much? I can't sleep for more than 8 hours without springing up!" Rain said, shaking Shine. He then pulled her blankets off. "Aah! You're... human!"
She was in a bright and colorful outfit, and orange flip flops.
Cecil sighedmm more of them becoming human
"Yeah, not a big fan myself. Ooh, but I like this outfit!"
I think it might have something to do with this place that we're in
"Wouldn't surprise me," Nimbus said, turning and heading towards the mountains, "this place is weird. Come on."
ok miku said as she followed and pulled out her katana just in case anything tried to attack them
Cecil followed him scratching his head I've never seen anything like this before or heard anything like this
I'm pretty sure this is an alternate universe miku said

Rain carried Shine on his back. "We better hurry. High ho, Rain! I've always wanted to say that."
Cecil pinched his bridge again lets just get going we are not slowing down for a while
ok we have no time to lose
"whereexactly are we going?"
"Hang on tight, spidermonkey."(Anyone get the quote?) Rain said as he started running in the right direction.

As the hours passed, the day marched on until the group found themselves at the forest's border. Nimbus was already having second thoughts. The trees were thick and close together, and the canopy was dense, casting darkness on everything beneath. Still, he'd made the decision to come here, and he wasn't planning on abandoning it.
"Alright, we're going through these trees to the mountains. Keep your eyes out for other ponies or some sentient race that might be able to help us."
And without another word, he plunged into the forest.

As he approached the forest, he realized that flying over would end up with him losing the group, and fail to se through the dense canopy. Nova landed, and proceed to follow everyone through the forest, on hoof.

Once inside, it was apparent that finding the right way to go would be difficult.
"Anypony have a compass spell?" Nimbus asked, "we should be traveling West."
A rock. A small piece of matter made up by common elements densely packed into a tight space. It wasn't big, maybe the size of an average-sized hoof, but it was sharp. It could slice paper with ease, and could serious harm a being if used correctly. At a speed approximately 200 km/h, a stone dashed past the group of ponies before slamming into a tree with a thud.
Cecil's head shot towards the object crashing into the tree what in the world? he went up to it looking at it
Nimbus jumped a full eight feet in the air. "What the hay?"
It was an ordinary stone. It looked like one, felt like one, and was one. A voice swore soon afterwards. "Survivors?" His voice was faint, but audioable. "Don't be gunning after me, but we gotta survive, you know?"
Cecil pulled the stone out before turning to look around whose there
Nova and El Chupa got into defensive formation, circling the group.
"Who's there?!"
Yelled Nova, which was followed by a low growl from his pet. He knew fighting wasn't the way to go, but defending the group meant having to do anything to ensure the safety of others.
gah miku put back her guitar and pulled out her long katana SHOW YOURSELF
"Relax, rookies." He chuckled. "You be here for a long time, and you'd know why I tried to hurt you all. It's been month since I last saw my friends and I, kinda need all of this here forest, so don't expect my help."
"So you're a talking rock?" Nimbus said with an eyebrow raised. "Okay. Er... we weren't really expecting help. Still, is it possible you could tell us what this place is?"
"A rock?" He chuckled. "Sure, sure. Whatever you want to describe me by, I don't care. What I do care about is your presence here."

Nova could tell this "rock" was going to lead to nothing but trouble. He could feel a strong sensation of foreboding doom. It was the same feeling he got before his first encounter with his Evil Spirit.
"You feel that?"
Nova thought to his Spirit.
"Yes, I do, and I can tell you this, I HATE being on the end of this feeling!"
Replied his Spirit.
"Everyone, I don't think its a good idea to linger here any longer, we should start moving again."
Blob started to take a role as a leader. Hey, this rock is insignificant. I don't know what it is, but let's move on.

"Put my ammunition in a jar...You really think that I'm a rock?" He sighed.
A stallion with a large body build came from a thicket of trees in-front of the group. His coat was a grey, as silver strips dashed across it. His mane and tail was also a silver, fashioned as if he was a lightening bolt. Of course, his mane, tail and coat was dirty and uncombed, but he didn't care. Something seemed to hang behind him, but thanks to the large trees behind him, it was nothing but a shadow-like blob.
"Hmph...your not all ponies." He eyed at Miku strangely, his silver-like eyes piercing through hers.
"hey! i'm not a pony either!"

"Yes, yes. She's...more interesting, to say the least." He said. "Name's Silver Strike, stranded 'round these parts, and looks like you are too."

Nova grew tired quickly with this endless bickering. He did not let his guard down although, it would be foolish of him to do so. Nova and his pet were still on guard.

In the bushes, two bioluminescent green, catlike eyes watched the creatures with interest. A low growl escaped the hidden creature's mouth. Confusion was exactly what it wanted, and soon it would have the chance to strike...

Nova caught up to Cecil, and saw Miku, only different.
"Well, you are just full of surprises, aren't you?"
Said Nova.
He felt his Spirit take over.
"Well your not the only one. Bet I haven't said anything about me yet, huh. Hahaha, always secretive, aren't I."
Said his Spirit.
Nova regained control.
"Ugh, yes, I forgot to mention my Evil Spirit. He's my other embodiment of rage, anger, and wrath."

The glowing eyes stopped just short of the group. Apparently no one had detected their owner's presence. Good. Snarling, the hidden creature sniffed the air. So delicious. It hadn't had fresh meat for a while. A party like this would be a treat...

"Um, guys? You hear that?"
Nimbus paused in his tracks. "Hear what?" he whispered. He was on edge now. He certainly didn't doubt that something was out there. The question was- what was it?
"Sounds like an animal growling... perhaps a bear."
Nova's pet ears twitched, and he turned and made a low growl in the direction of the first growl.
"What is it El Chupa?"
Said Nova to his pet.
They were becoming alert... it was now or never.

Nimbus trotted over to a bush to investigate the noise. What happened next gave him no time to react. In a flurry of fur, claws, and teeth, a massive dark shape leaped from the bushes into the midst of the group, roaring furiously.
"Manticore! Run!" Nimbus yelled.
Cecil jumped back from the manticore he grunts great we don't need this right now

Nova was more stunned at what came out, rather then it jumped out, for he was ready.

Thought Nova. Even if it was just a creature, he hated scarring things. Nova nodded to his pet, who nodded back, and they split up, in a attempt to protect the scattered group.
"Everyone, don't fight it, just run! We will keep it at bay, and catch up with you latter, now GO!"
Yelled Nova to everyone. Nova bent he head down, having his horn level with the beast. He hoped to only have to graze it with fire to keep it back, not engulf it in flames. El Chupa stood on the other side of the Manticore, ready to defend.

On Brian's phone, he could see how far everyone(and pony) could go in one turn. he had no idea how it calculated the turns, but around him, things started going in turns for him.
Nova grew slightly annoyed that Miku thought fighting it was a good idea, and casted a thick fire wall around him, his pet, and the manticore. He wished it didn't have to come to this, but he didn't want to risk anyone getting hurt.
"No just go! We can handle this, GO!"
Shouted Nova.

A figure stood within the dense trees, watching the entertainment in front of him.
"They're gonna get themselves killed." He sighed "At least I could take their stuff."

Yelled Nova, and with his anger his fire wall Exploded, becoming a blazing pyre. The heat soared, and instantly scorched all near by trees.
"Shine! Get away! Fighting is not advisable while in an unfamiliar form! You could hurt yourself! I'll hold him off!" ((I'm planning to split the two))
she was unfazed
"Frankly, I don't think this form is so unfamiliar to her." Huh?!

Roared Nova. He was trying to ensure the safety of the others, most of which are probably safe right now.

Cecil grabbed Miku's hand and Blobs hoof and dragged them away I fed up with this

miku leaped throwing cecil and blob om their backs and held her katana to their necks
Nova heard Cecil drag Blob and Miku away.
"Miku better keep that temper in check, sounds almost like YOU, mister."
Thought Nova to his Spirit.
"Haha, very funny, but you know as well as I do that nothing can compare to me! Hahaha!"
Replied his Spirit.
"Now, its just you, and me. Lets make this quick."
Said Nova. He had no intent to hurt the manticore, but Nova does have a plan to quickly move the manticore away, and catch up with someone.
"Ready?"
Asked Nova to his Spirit.
"You kidding me, I've been ready! Lets do this, HAHAHA!"
Laughed Nova's Spirit, eager to finally do something. With the rage of his Spirit, Nova grew exponentially, much more taller than the manticore. He then picked up the manticore with his tail, and flew far from where they just were, and placed the manticore there. He knew that the manticore would be enraged, but it would buy them some time to run. Nova then flew back, to see what Miku was doing.
Star sighed in frustration looking up at Miku you really are stubborn

"Great," he grumbled, "we're separated." Hastily he began to look around to see if anyone else had fallen with him.
"Anypony down here?" he called out.
"Just me." Shine called. She wasn't too badly injured, but she still wasn't yet quite stable on two legs. "I don't wanna be like this longer than I have to!"
Well, anypony want to come with me?
Nimbus breathed a sigh of relief. At least he wasn't alone.
"Just you?" he said, "okay. Let's see if we can get out of here."
Suddenly, Blob flickered into a human. "What's this? Blob's evolving!" the human version of Blo looked nothing like Brian. Huh? what is this?
"Can you fly? I can't. I lost my wings in transformation."
Nimbus flexed his wings and immediately knew there was a problem. A sharp pain indicated what he had only suspected- he'd sprained his right wing when he fell on it.
"No luck," he groaned, "we'll have to go through this ravine and hope it becomes more shallow later on." Nimbus heard an eerie growl in the distance, "and we'll want to get moving before that manticore comes back... or worse."
well that is another that leaves three ponies Cecil commnt holdng three fingers up. lets hope this reverts when we get back
The only reason i can think of for these transformations is because of the main plain of reality we're on. The main timeline is like the sun, Alternate timelines are like planets, and Pocket dimensions are moons. when somepony goes to another"solar system", they become the main species there.since Cecil is from a "planet" of the current one we're in, changes most likely won't occur.

Rain managed to crack a timid smile. "Well, it is what it is, isn't it? We lead very different lives. It's only natural we'd be doing different things. I try not to judge what others do."

"Well, the group we're heading to has a bunch. Let me think, Cecil, Miku, a few others, I forget their names."
Nimbus looked at his wing, wincing. He might be able to get a little more use out of it...
"I'll give it a try," he said. Flexing his wings, Nimbus launched himself into the air, practically clawing for altitude. The moment he reached the ledge, his wing locked up. Scrambling for grip, Nimbus dug his front hooves into the ground, but his back legs dangled into the darkness below.
"Er... help?" he said, amazed he'd made it this far.
You have any teory about this place?...It sure looks strange *keeps following Rain*
Shine tried to climb up the vine again, got underneath Nimbus, and pushed his hooves up to boost him, allowing him to climb up.
"I think it's another world... I just noticed something! Everything here seems to have deeper detail! It doesn't look as... cartoony here." Rain said.
Now that you say it... you are right... *looks at his hoofs* But we didnt change much right?
"Not as much. But some aspects are more detailed." He said seeing the mud on his hooves.
Were are the others? *looks around*
"There!" The group was visible! Rain started running through to them. "Hi! I found the pony who fell! Here he is!"
Nova thought to himself.
"Hmm, where to start...."
He then asked Cecil.
"So, which direction should we head?"
well I want to find the others so we should back track a little to see if can which direction they went I'm sure that the manticore is gone Cecil suggested starting to climb a tree to see where they came from
"maybe they fell down a ravine somewhere? don't see any."
"Hmm, good idea."
Said Nova, as he started to fly up.
Why would you randomly think that? "Uh, definitely not the fourth wall. nope. not at all"
Finally... Started to think we were lost... *sigh*
we came from this way right Nova Cecil asked pointing towards some burnt trees out in the distant. well lets go he started to jump from tree to tree heading towards said area
"Yup, thats the place."
Replied Nova, following Cecil overhead.
hey can you keep up Cecil hastened his pace to the site jumping as soon as he touched the treetops
Nova smiled.
"Oh, I can do way more than keep up! Hahah!"
Laughed Nova, as he easily matched Cecil's speed.
"I do run better than fly!" Rain said trying to catch up with them.
Nimbus sat down at the top of the ravine, panting and wincing. His wing felt as if it was on fire. Still, he'd made it.
"Thanks," he said, scooting away from the ledge.
(Sorry! I was totally unfocused Sorry! X3 )
(Which group are you with? There was a small group that got knocked down the ravine, and there's a larger group in the main forest)
